This is a perfect place to experience the University of Iowa and all Iowa City has to offer. The hosts were very kind and accessible. They stocked the condo with everything you would need. The condo was very clean and well kept. The rooftop is a lovely addition and a wonderful way to take in the football game day atmosphere. Our family enjoys experiencing cities on foot. We parked the car upon arrival and did not use it until we left. We enjoyed the Saturday farmer’s market and exploring the great local food establishments.

Beautiful place to stay

This place is so clean and relaxing. Would highly recommend! We had some bad weather so it was so nice to be able to put the cars in the garage. When we lost power the host was great on responding. Would highly recommend staying!

Fantastic Condo

My wife and I loved this condo inside and out. We could have easily had 2 to 4 more people with us, but it looked so lovely and reasonably priced that we couldn't resist. And it exceeded our expectations. The owners are available on a moment's notice, the rooms are perfect sizes, the private garage is excellent for two cars (or, in our case, one car and two bicycles), and the private rooftop with a grill makes for perfect evenings (or days, had the Midwest not been in the midst of a heat wave).The only caution I would offer goes to people who have difficulty with stairs. The owners do not hide this fact. But it can become lost in the description of the unit.Eileen and I (62 and 57, respectively) were fine with the stairs --- from the garage to the first floor, and then from the first floor to the bedrooms (and then from the bedrooms to the rooftop). But if any member of your party struggles with stairs, whether due to age or injury, then think twice before booking.Aside from that issue, however, it is the ideal place to stay in Iowa City.
