“Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. “I always enjoy staying at hotel Millwork- centrally located, unique transformation of an old woolen mill into a modern hotel. This stay was overall good. 4/5 only because they’re one option for breakfast, which is their restaurant, was not operational the morning I left because apparently the waitress didn’t show up. There were very few other options in the Amana‘s for breakfast and the staff really had no solution to the problem. Otherwise, a good stay.”

“The hotel overbooked and we were not given a room. We were sent to another hotel that was cheaper than the room we paid for at the Drury and we’re not refunded the difference in the amount of the room.”
