「We had a family suit. The hotel and the suit were very clean. The breakfast is served inside the room. Wifi speed was good without interuptions. There is no daily housekeeping, but they provide the guests with what they need.」

They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. 」

「My parents stayed at this hotel one night before they flew from the airport. The room was clean and had everything they needed. Staff has been very helpful. Only downside is that the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner. If I had known this, I wouldn't have booked this hotel, as my dad would have had to buy lunch and dinner from outside of the hotel . I'm not sure if it was mentioned in the hotel description, if not, it should be. But the breakfast is very enjoyable. 」

The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle...
