The location is definitely one of the best in the area. There are food, leisures and entertainment available just by walking distance. The view directly across the street is superb with beautiful views.

Emplacement parfait

Cet hôtel moderne est situé juste en face d’un superbe temple dans une grotte et il est possible de le visiter à pied. La chambre est grande et belle, confortable. La literie agréable, la salle de bain superbe. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Nous avons pris un repas dans la chambre qui était délicieux et peu cher. Le personnel est excellent !

The entire property is dated, room, carpet and bathroom are thirty, the towel looks like is been used for years. I booked for four nights and left after the first and move to AC Marriott. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

Clean hotel and convenient. Suitable for people with disabilities as the shower/toilet was equipped with railings. However, need to improve certain things example put in curtain shower, hot shower was slightly cold and to provide separate hair shampoo and body shampoo

Disappointing -We Didn’t Stay

We didn’t stay at hotel as we left. Carpet was ‘unsettling’, furniture damaged, and AC not working very well. Staff were very sweet and understanding when we said we were leaving. They even paid for our Grub/Uber to the Travel Lodge (15 minutes ride). Hotels.com were very good too although we got our next Hotel at A$35 cheaper going direct through the hotel than through Hotels.com

The free WiFi internet is very weak and slow. Exceeded the daily WiFi allowance without any heavy web browsing. The worst part is the loss of last day WiFi internet access privilege while you are still physically sleeping on the hotel bed before checking out!!

Reception and general hotel staff were always open to assisting with any issues/provide information in relation to Ipoh based activities/food, etc. An initial difficulty with our room was swiftly dealt with by allocating another room with no fuss. Staff of course have no control over underinvestment, but more than ready to resolve any difficulties to the best of their abilities. Restaurant staff, not quite as obliging!

Worst experience

During my two nights stay in this hotel, first night, I found ants on my bedsheets and pillows. I called hotel staffs, they didnt treat this issue very seriously, just asked cleaner changed bedsheets next day. The second day, we still get ants or bugs on the bedsheet, and now my whole body skin is allergy and itching. It was my worst experience ever.
