The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment — this wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to bear in mind for guests with mobility considerations. "Good location to visit the areas I wanted to (Parham, Framlingham and Sutton Hoo). Good meal in evening. Breakfast okay, could do with some more notices about breakfast routine."

"Good location, huge carpark, comfy bed , very quiet rooms, and really good friendly helpful staff. Only downside in the room was the shower which was very weak. Breakfast wasnt great, £14 each for a buffet but the quality wasn't great but it's hard when you're massive catering like that I suppose. Overall a nice comfortable stay and we would use it again."

"Although the room was clean, and the beds comfortable, overall the room needed a complete update. Wallpaper very tired and patched, in places peeling. On two occasions we found ants in the room, once in the bed. When reported to staff exchange of room was offered. Breakfast was very good, plenty of variety both hot and cold. All staff were both helpful and friendly. Adequate parking spaces."

"Great as always… Lovely staff, easy parking and check in. Restaurants within walking area but their restaurant/bar is perfect… 30second walk from the hotel. Quiet and safe as you have to tap the card twice at the front and then room. I really like this hotel and will be staying many more times over the summer. Thank you"

"We thought Hintlesham Hall was superb. Every member of staff that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and eager to please. The accommodation was very clean and our room was well equipped with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and well presented. Afternoon tea was also a lovely experience. We enjoyed sitting in the pretty garden. We will definitely visit again!"
