"We could not have had a nicer stay at this Inn. All of the employees were nice and accommodating to our family traveling with two small children. They went out of their way many times to make sure we were comfortable. The food was also excellent and the service at the restaurant and bar was outstanding. I would recommend this for couples or families traveling on the area. "

They allowed us to check in early which was helpful, but that might have impacted the cleanliness of the rooms. Maybe if they had more time, the rooms would have been more thoroughly cleaned. "The pub is fantastic, one of the best we visited in Dublin! The room was clean and very nice. The staff were very nice as well. I’m giving it 2/5 stars because we had no hot water (shower) for 3 days, and upon trying to get it resolved, nobody helped or did anything. Otherwise, it would have been a good stay. "

I had a reservation for 2 nights, rec'd numerous emails from hotels.com about it (including the one linking to this survey) only to get there and be told the B&B closed in Nov 2022 and there was no lodging to be had. They literally laughed when we walked in. I contacted hotels.com online, only to be told they couldn't help. "I arrived at the property on Friday evening having reserved 6 rooms on Expedia only to be told there was no record of my booking (despite the fact I am now completing a review requested by Expedia) I was hosting a party of 10 clients for a weekend away so this was a shock. to be fair to the owner he quickly found us alternative accommodation , but this was a fair way out of town and far from convenient. I would suggest you double check your booking with the property before leaving ."
