Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, everywhere in the historic heart of Bursa was within a 30 minute walk, and there is a direct light rail to the bus station nearby. However, in the room, the bathroom door was made of glass and it was wider than the door gap so it hit the wall hard making a horrible sound.
