“Dear Mr Royal Hampton… Staff was wonderful accommodating us, pool wasn’t too clean there was stuff floating in it but otherwise the temp was good, maybe wasn’t cleaned from the night before, there was lots of people in it that day. Breakfast was convenient and good”

“Our room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom…where the toilet and shower are..is very small. I liked having it separate from the sink but was hardly enough room to move around. Other than that…room was really nice. Only had breakfast one of the 3 days we were there but it was good and they kept it well stocked considering how many people were there. There is no microwave in the rooms but there is one in the front by the lobby you’re able to use. There is a fridge in the……

“The rooms were very nice. There is no breakfast in the morning which is usually customary in most hotels we have stayed at. The elevator was not working and we were put on the fourth floor. Staff did offer us a discount on our room but then found they could not give us it since we had prepaid with Expedia. :(”

“Second time I stayed here in three weeks, both times shower water barely got to luke warm. Both times I stayed ice machine on second floor was out of order. No towels in pool area from 6 am to noonl Will never stay at this location again!!!”

“This was a great place to stay for our vacation. I only have two things that I was not happy about but they are small compared to how nice the place was. It would be nice to have a safety bar put in the shower and outside the shower to get in and out without slipping. Also there was nothing on the floor of the tub to keep from slipping in the tub. I almost fell a couple times trying to get out. The room was like a small apartment which was great for two couples. Each room had its own bathroom……

“absolutely fantastic place to stay! Not a roach in sight and no crumbling paint anywhere. Perfectly maintained very quiet. Perfect if you are there on business. Believe me it is worth the extra money! You are worth the extra money! They have a free breakfast buffet with eggs and sausage in the morning and they even have a bar open until midnight. It's such a beautiful place and I really like staying there when I'm in Kansas City.”
