Definitely an older facility in need of updating and a good deep clean. Breakfast area didn't feel sanitary, pool area looked sketch, vending machine was nearly empty, ambiance a little bleak, and the baseboards and floor in the bathroom area looked to have not been cleaned in the past 5 years. I clorox-wiped everything and felt better about my stay. Friendly staff. Linens were clean. I felt safe. It was a budget UP hotel and fine for a roof over my head for 3 nights.

Samuel at the front desk was very helpful. I was given a room on the second floor and then was told there was no elevator. As I am older and did not feel comfortable, dragging my luggage up the stairs he gave me a room on the ground floor. The hotel is older and had a funny smell in the hallways. I felt safe enough. I could not find the remote for the TV and called Samuel. He came with several remotes and finally found one that worked.

I loved the location. Although the building is older, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it is close to Super One Foods and Walmart and was ideal for my stay during the week.

Beyond pissed. Reserved room on expedia. King suite with jacuzzi. Got there only to be told room was not available and put into a king room that stunk like urine, floor was filthy, no jacuzzi tub, room looked like it was in middle of construction, and we found ticks!!! We packed fast in the morning and left. Its our anniversary and to say we are beyond upset, and to find out they are still charging us for a jacuzzi room!!!!! WTFFFF. I didnt complain because the man at the front desk i cant understand a word from his mouth. This is the 3rd Baymont we have had issues and Baymont has lost our business forever. Save yourself the money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
