Great Place to Stay

I needed a one-night stay while taking care of family business. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness I experienced at this hotel, and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with options that included even waffles and biscuits & gravy included - all for a very reasonable price!

Nice and friendly staff

Breakfast was good but no eggs and no bacon,sausage. It was okay but most other places have better food. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was dated but clean

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. It seemed safe and was quiet at night. The breakfast was limited - waffle maker didn't work properly, "hot breakfast" was biscuits and gravy, coffee dispenser was often empty. In general, the hotel is a bit run down but the price is reasonable for what it offers.

Hot tub was out of order. Some of our towels were stained. Bed had a metal frame which was loud with every movement. Breakfast is t refilled so if you’re not there right away, there’s slim pickings. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way but suite room was huge and jacuzzi tub worked well!

We had a wonderful stay at the Baymont Hotel in Iron Mountain. I would say the best part was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Both Preti and Ruby went out of their way to help us by making sure we had everything we need at breakfast. They also kept checking on us. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. We slept well because it was real quiet. We would definitely stay there again!
