"My wife and I recently had a great stay at this lovely quaint inn. The best part is the location, it's right in the middle of Riverwalk, so it's within walking distance of a great number of Little stores restaurants and beautiful scenery. Parking is a bit tricky as they are redoing their lives but the staff will guide you to the proper place. Rooms were clean and if anything the bed was too soft! Overall it was a great day and we will definitely be coming back again. If you are in Manistee and are looking for a great location right in the middle of Riverwalk, this place is right for you!"

"The river was right outside from our private patio. There was a river walk all the way from the motel into town one way and the other way out to lake michigan.It was nice to walk that early in the morning, or later after dinner.Completely safe.It was great that the motel was pet friendly too.. We are sure that our stay there will not be the last.We wii be back."

"What a find! Motel Bear Lake was a last minute reservation for me. I got there late and the office was closed but I texted the number and immediately got a call back. The person walked me through getting into my room while I was still on the phone. The room was lovely, spotless, and full of little treats. A unique spot, truly. Would 100% stay again."

"Had a great long weekend here with family. Loved the great sunsets on the lake. Lake is very clean and fun to swim and fish in. Property was clean and ready for our arrival. Easy check in and check out process.Really close to great hiking/fishing/canoeing along the Manistee. Also the Dublin store is a must for some great jerky. Hope to be back next year!"

Adult Themed Cabin w/ Hot Tub

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was an amazing experience for my wife and I and helped us reconnect. It was exactly what was presented on VRBO. The cabin was clean and had all amenities needed for a fun and great vacation. Jody was very communicative and answered any questions we had, which were plant thanks to this being our first VRBO experience. I highly recommend staying here for some fun, romantic, adult time. If you do come in summer, I suggest bringing an extra fan to help the window ACs push the cold air (there are 2 included in the cabin). We had some weather issues and lost power twice but there was a backup, whole-house generator so we had no problems and Jody even reached out to check on us to make sure it kicked on. We have nothing negative to say. Only positives and amazing memories."
