「We were a family group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids including teens). The house has been really well set up to cater for big groups. Spacious throughout, and so many little details to tick the boxes from a pool table, bookshelf for the kids and puzzle books for adults, outdoor pool, fire pit, too many to list. As soon as we walked through the door, it felt homely, we were comfortable and relaxed. We would recommend this property and would stay again if the need arises.」

「Property needs a couple of things fixed like the main toilet not flushing properly and 2 trip hazard’s inside the house connecting floor boards. The spa smelt like mould and was too complicated to use. Not enough cookware, we needed oven baking dishes but nothing was supplied. On the plus side it was a large house, comfortable beds, gorgeous really. The heating and cooling excellent. Would definitely stay again if those few things are rectified.」

「Quite expensive for what they offer. They call it as luxury home but it definitely don't live up to that expectation of being living in a luxury home. Home is large and looks nice but most amenities / fit and finish are very standard and doesn't give you the feel of premiumness. Plus there was a hole on of the walls in house which they didn't inform to us. outdoor area had blinds which we culdn;t open after multiple attempts and even after ringing them and getting instructions over the phone. 「The listing doesn't clearly explain the hotel is in a building shared by medical specialists, next to the hospital. Perfect for visiting medical staff or patients but for tourists it just felt odd. That being said, the room was big, kitchen good, bed comfortable etc...A few issues to note: lighting very dim, noisy corridor (can hear doors banging & people coming and going) and not a true 1 bedroom as the space is open plan with no door. 」
