Beautiful spot

The condo was conveniently located near beautiful beaches. The furnishings were simple, but everything was very clean. Our kids spent a lot of time on the porch in the hammock chairs. The pool was nice and never crowded. The food trucks at the top of the hill made for easy meal times. Recommend!

Right on the beach!

Great condo in a secure community right on the ocean. Walking distance to Jobos Beach, restaurants & food truck park. Loved the front balcony for coffee & cocktails looking at the surf. Beautiful pool and grounds. Owner was quick to respond with questions. Would stay there again.

Wonderful waves but minimal supplies

Very large breaking waves were only a few yards from a long narrow balcony producing enjoyable sights and sounds. The property itself was serviceable. Quality frig and washer/dryer but cabinetry in kitchen included glue on surfacing that is peeling off in some places. Most surprising was the very paltry supplies. Not a bit of laundry detergent and the kitchen held only salt and pepper shakers.

Beach front!

The apartment looked just as the pictures showed. Aside from some mildew in the shower and washing machine, the apartment was great! Easy access to food trucks close by. We felt safe with a high level of security. Beautiful beaches very close.

Great stay! Beautiful location!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Beautiful, quiet, safe location. Apartment is clean and simply furnished. Loved the swings on the balcony! I would rent again. I rate four stars rather than five for a few reasons, one being how simply furnished this unit is. I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more to have a few more kitchen items, a coffee, side table here and there, even facial tissue stocked in the bathroom. Also, a small glitch with the code for the lock but management quickly responded. Also, be very vigilant when renting to check and document any damages in the unit upon check in to avoid any misunderstandings at check out.

Great Getaway

Property was as described. Had everything we needed. Beachfront views and close distance to sand was awesome. Location worked well. Short walk to Jobos and plenty of sand the other direction for long walks along the beach. Didnt use pool but looked very nice. Thank you

The View was Beautiful

The View was Amazing!. But the accommodations were ...sparce. There were 3 nice Big screen TVs. But I would have rather had the ceiling fan in the Master bedroom work and an outlet to plug in the nightstand lamp. The air conditioner in the Guest room leaked and there was only a nightstand for clothing, which is where we move the lamp. The kitchenware, though pretty wasn't practical, so we bought additional pieces, as well as spices, all of which we donated. We don't dine out, so we had to get creative with cookware and storage containers. Although the complex was beautiful, we were somewhat perturbed with all of the "No" signs and that the rinsing stations didn't work. Would we stay again? Probably not. But I would recommend the complex to groups. As it seemed multiple Units were available to rent.

Breath taking view

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach apartment, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and the modern, stylish decor. The apartment is impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable just steps away from the sandy beach, where I enjoyed morning strolls and sunset views every day. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful escape or an adventure-filled beach vacation, this apartment is the ideal choice. I’ll definitely be returning and can’t wait to experience this little slice of paradise again!

Beautiful views, quiet location

We recently stayed at this ocean-view apartment and found it to be a mostly pleasant experience. The highlights were: stunning ocean views, plenty of clean towels and linens, and a comfortable couch. The hammock and wood chairs on the balcony provided ample seating for everyone, and the appliances (aside from the oven and washer/dryer, which we didn’t use) all worked perfectly. The new fridge, good WiFi, easy keyless entry, and AC added even more comfort to our vacation. We also appreciated the friendly security staff and enjoyed the beautiful pool area at the end of the day. That said, a few aspects could be improved. The water pressure was mediocre (I’d rate it a 5/10), and running both showers simultaneously seemed to make it even worse. The kitchen lacked basic supplies like tinfoil or coffee filters, which could be a minor inconvenience for shorter stays since you’ll have to buy or bring. While the property felt secure, the abundance of posted rules—on doors, signs, printed upon arrival, and in emails—felt excessive. The lighting in the apartment was harsh (think blinding white hospital lighting), and the bathrooms lacked a separate exhaust fan switch, creating tons of noise if someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Overall, it’s a solid choice, especially if you’re needing a full kitchen and want views of the ocean!

Amazing! The property and resort stay, exceeded my expectations. Clean; Safe and Quiet.
