Ocean Sunset Lover

  • Steps from the beach, lovely 4rth floor spacious condominium in a beautiful gated community. Near local bars, family or trendy restaurants and condo private access to the best beaches on the north-west side of the island. 15 minutes from the Rafael Hernandez International airport (BQN) and 90 minutes from San Juan (SJU).

    The space
    The apartment has a beautiful sea and cliff view with fantastic sunsets, in the most peaceful part of the community. Extremely spacious and welcoming, we have a big balcony, , large living room with kitchen fully equipped, with fans and cross ventilation, 3 rooms with AC and fans. You can comfortably fit 8 persons. 2 beach chairs, foam surfing table, portable fridge on wheel, beach toys, yoga mat. The community has a shared tennis, a Gym, 2 pools, basket ball court, and a summer house. We have 2 parking lot.
