「Falta seriedad en la reserva de habitaciones, reservé con mucho tiempo y la primera noche me dieron una muy por debajo de la que pagué, si no reclamaba seguro me dejaban en esa. Me cambiaron al día siguiente con una explicación poco creíble de falla del sistema. 」

「Hotel is very comfortable, nice to be in, a very good breakfast, and a caring staff. The hotel is well maintained. It was our best of 3 hotels while in the Galapagos. We would stay again in a heartbeat.」

「We loved the staff! I got injured because I rolled my ankle down the street from the hotel and fell on my leg. It was pretty cut up from the gravel. The staff were very attentive and brought me everything I needed. I was very appreciative of the help. The location was close to the beach. You have your own entrance from the hotel to a beautiful beach. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious! The fridge in our room was great! The water pressure was...
