「Ice machine broken couldn’t get in that room anyway. Digital lock not working had to get a regular key out of lockbox that was ground level. No fun when 62 and need readers to see combo. Blackout curtains hanging off rack. After I showered tub was full of water then before wife could shower it backed up then all kinds of sediment came out of drain. Disgusting. Breakfast provided was two pieces of dried out bread that was there when we checked in. No staff on site. Road construction right outside...

「Beautiful hotel located in downtown Blue Ridge. Our room was absolutely wonderful and the walk in shower was amazing. Shout out to Steven who checked on us several times during our stay. The hotel provides breakfast daily. We didn't have to drive most of the time since the hotel is centrally located. The rooftop restaurant adds a nice touch. Definitely recommend!」
