“Amazing location in the hills above Orvieto. A beautiful resort with stunning scenery. Quiet and relaxing. Very comfortable rooms and the breakfast was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Only a 10 minute drive to Orvieto which is an incredible Tuscan hill town. ”

Comfy bed, fridge, safe, wardrobe, TV no uk channels, open fire with wood available in the yard, tea and coffee making facilities. Small outdoor space with seating from patio doors, with great views. Large bathroom with great spa style shower. Very friendly host who gave us a map of the area and description of local attractions. Location 10……

“Tutto perfetto,ci sono tornata a distanza di molti anni e non delude mai,abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante con salumi e carni del loro allenamento molto molto buono,vini speciali sempre di loro produzione,lo consiglio assolutamente ”

“The photos didn’t do it justice. We were blown away by the property. The rooms were fairly standard but the property is beautiful, the wine is great, staff were friendly, the cascate was an short walk. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!”

“Le site était magnifique. Le seul bémol était le lit avec un matelas à ressorts. On a manqué de confort. La chambre quant à elle était spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous n'avons pas soupé sur les lieux. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais possiblement plus apprécié des gens qui aiment les café et les charcuteries et pâtisseries le matin. On a quand même trouvé de quoi nous nourrir :) L'accueil était très chaleureux. ”

“A family run operation with limited facilities, tight parking, home cooking nice but limited, pool is not heated, old stone building charming and interior has modern update including heat pump. Some dining options in town not far, but mostly it's about quiet get away and making trips to other sites.”

“La signora che gestisce l'agriturismo si è fatta in quattro per venire incontro alle nostre richieste e ci ha accolto a braccia aperte, veramente una bella persona. Camera grande, il riscaldamento andava e veniva (più che altro era una questione di rumore). Bella vista dalla collina. Colazione con torte e yogurt.”
