“Arriving at the hotel was a 5-Star experience. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team! They are amazing on all levels. Friendly, do a great job in the room and kind. At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe.
The kitchen team could use a little work. One girl had a weird attitude and not a waitress type feel to her. Maybe because I didn’t speak with local language.

“Lovely hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. Good dining choice with tue roof top buffett restaurant which is excellent value for money. Enjoyed our evening chats with one of the managers. Mr A K Mukherji.”
