“Overall, it was a pleasant stay and great value for money. Each guest is provided with a locker to store personal belongings and slippers to wear before entering the capsule, which adds a nice touch of cleanliness and organization. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing at night, which could be improved. The location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of dining options and shops within walking distance, many of which stay open late.”

“We tried for hours and hours to contact the whole staff to be booked. We even went to the property as instructed by VRBO and were left standing on the street for over three hours while we dealt with Vrbo on the phone. An extremely disappointing experience as we had no support from anyone. We have yet to be credited for this. This post should be removed from the site as they did not fulfil the obligations.
After several hours on the street trying to resolve the issue we ended up getting a hotel……
