"Both the host and Miriam were extremely hospitable. The location is fantastic. The apartment was clean. And the shower gets hot! The communication with the host and Miriam was impeccable. Miriam went out of her way to help me upon arrival. You are two blocks to Playa Norte, Two blocks to the main drag and Playa Centro. Five minute walk to the ferry and golf cart rental. And best of all a block from El Centro. I highly recommend a stay here. Just don't book it when I come back."

"This place is an absolute gem. Perfect location. The place is spotless and has everything you need. Housekeeping was excellent! Met the owner and some others staying there and they were all so nice. "We stayed at Mar y all for 10 days with our children. Great no frills accommodations on Isla. Hot water, bus stop, and cooking facilities. All we needed. Loud music for sure but wasn’t a bother. Bonus was amazing amount of birds, butterflies and geckos!"

"10/10 all the way, would stay again. If you are looking for a quiet refuge surrounded by nature this is your spot! Everything you need and nothing you don't. Pool was a treat, and the neighbouring renters were very nice. Hammock was wonderful. Unit has AC, internet, great towels, including 2 beach towels, and a really comfy king bed. Coffee and drinking water were great. Shower pressure is amazing. Rikki was available for any questions we had and great recommendations for things to do and see....

"The property was clean and the pool was prefect for cool off! I walked to the downtown area daily, about 2 miles, but very enjoyable. Chedraui was right around the corner. There was parking available if you rented a golf cart too. Overall a great place to stay!"

"We loved our stay here. The apartment is exactly as pictured except the outside could use a coat of paint and there is no hammock which made me sad. Nice welcome basket, door code perfect. Like any beach rental, thongs wear fast, but neat and clean. Beds ok, shower great. View SPECTACULAR. Unfortunately, on a big road and loud!! Settles down before late, but daytime and early evening loud. Great staff at Amigo- super friendly. Cute neighborhood with some great food within walking distance....

"My husband and I traveled to Isla Mujeres for a vacation and booked Casa Rosa for our stay. We're so happy we did! This spot is beautiful and absolutely perfect for two people. The view is so pretty, even while sitting inside looking through the sliding glass door. Lovely patio overlooking the water, and the pool is very nice for lounging in the afternoon. It's a short walk to some good restaurants, and it's very easy to catch a cab to anywhere further away. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Walked to North Beach every morning along the water (paved walkway on the Caribbean side). Everything I needed to cook an occasional meal. Lots of hot water with great water pressure. "We were welcomed by Erika who spoke only Spanish. The place was quiet and clean and well equipped in kitchen. The king bed was very very hard, and the couch was most uncomfortable. The chairs were so uncomfortable that we had to sit on our pillows on the chairs to eat at the little table. As for cleaning, they changed the sheets once and we changed them once more during the 2 weeks. Additionally, they never came in to clean the floors unless we asked in our limited Spanish."
