The condo is located on the quiet central side of the island and only a short golf cart ride from the main grocery store, bars, shops, and restaurants of downtown Isla Mujeres and its beautiful Playa Norte.

Both the master suite and living room open to unobstructed views of the ocean from a front patio. Early risers can enjoy breakfast and experience breathtaking sunrises over the ocean. The bright and spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and an open bathroom with a spa massage tub with jets and colorful LED lights, a walk-in shower, an independent toilet, lots of closet space, and a small safe for your valuables.

At the rear of the condo, the second bedroom opens up to a balcony with barstools overlooking a quiet, lush park with a large palapa and a small playground.

It has 2 double beds with a large dresser and plenty of closet space, a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower, and toilet, as well as a large smart TV with satellite access.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and has an open bar to the living area with high chairs to enjoy your cup of coffee, a snack, or a drink.

If you run out of groceries, a restaurant is just a few steps away for lunch, dinner, or just to enjoy cocktails at the bar.

The condo is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, and each room has independent AC with separate thermostats and its own smart TV. An external generator guarantees power will not be interrupted in case of a power outage.

Every condo has a secure, private parking spot in the basement under 24h surveillance. There you can park your rented golf cart that will take you, after a short ride, to downtown or beautiful Playa Norte, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean.

The Isla 33 resort has 3 different swimming pools. One is just a few steps from the condo.

You will enjoy it with the kids or for a refreshing morning dip.
On the top floor, an infinity pool with a large deck and lounge chairs provides a 360-degree breathtaking view of the entire island, the dark blue Caribbean Sea, and the turquoise waters that separate the island from Cancun and the Yucatan mainland.

Please note that the shower in the master bedroom provides only lukewarm water, while the second bathroom offers full hot water.

We have stayed at 11 places on Isla Mujeres and have been coming to the island for 10 years. Additionally we have rented at Isla 33 twice before. This was by far the least kept up place we had ever stayed. The walls were dirty and need to be painted, at least cleaned, badly. The couch was nasty and uncomfortable. The sink faucet was falling off in the kitchen. The dishes were not clean but more rinsed off. Furthermore, the lights on the outside are on all night, which we are used to, but the blinds/drapes in this unit don’t fully block out the lights. Finally, there was water damage on the walls that were not fixed, but rather painted over. The host was nice and did what a host is supposed to do, but the concierge started strong and then didn’t follow through. We reached out for a golf cart and didn’t hear anything back in a timely manner so we did it ourselves. They apologized and said they had a large group they were dealing with.

Good Family Condo

Well decorated and stocked condo for family of 4 with older teenagers. Technical issues with HVAC and TVs but may be related to storm/island living, but manager addressed right away. The condo did not really cool in all rooms at the same time throughout the stay, but not too bad. Delicious bar and grill down in the same condo complex - best food and drinks we enjoyed on the island. Excellent snorkeling @ Garrafon de Castillo close by. Beaches in front of condo not accessible, but a short golf cart ride/walk away. Pools @ condo were a plus at the end of a day at the beach. Office manager and host very responsive and attentive. Thank you.

Nice but dirty

The location is probably the best thing about this place The restaurant on site was great! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The property is listed as sleeping 5 adults with a double sofa bed. It was just a couch that was filthy! I contacted the property manager who said it would take a full day to clean and might still be wet. They had the whole day to clean it before we got there at 7pm.They should consider a different cleaning company as I found piles of dirt behind the nightstands and corners of the property. The hot water took forever to heat up so be aware of that. The pools on site were beautiful especially the roof top pool. We were celebrating my 5th year cancer free, and the property manager left me a gorgeous bouquet of flowers! Much appreciated!

The condo was very nice, however there were a few things. I had to purchase extra paper towels, no spices in the kitchen as listed, a/c not working in master bedroom. I had to keep contacting concierge with questions. There wasn't any thing written down about the hot water, the pool code, and some other things.

The condo was very nice and in a great location with the most beautiful views, away from the busy north area. We had a few small issues, but Sonia was very prompt and got the issues taken care of. Definitely would stay again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were quite a distance from the North end of the island. We could have used clearer direction to get from the cart rental location to the VRBO. View from the patio was excellent. Roof top pool was outstanding and provided access to stunning views of the island. We would recommend this VRBO.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was very well located and nicely appointed. My only feedback is that they should supply enough drinking water for your entire stay and there is no laundry at the property (which would preclude us from coming back).

Wonderful, Quiet, Safe Location - Beautiful View - Stunning Condo

The condo is on the "quiet side" of the island, which was wonderful, but still VERY close to all of the busy, tourist downtown activities ( 7 short minutes by golf cart ). The condo itself had EVERYTHING that we needed. The pools were very clean. The staff we encountered were very pleasant. Morning coffee was wonderful on the front porch / steps or from the living room. You could hear the crashing of the waves on the cliffs right across the roadway. Very relaxing!! Incredible views in walking distance. There is a walking trail. I would recommend walking it. There is a small pavilion behind the condo. I loved watching people play with their dogs in the mornings and evenings. They were playful and quiet, not intrusive or barking dogs. The back porch was nice and clean as well. The rooftop area and pool is a nice place to watch the sunset with your favorite beverage. The Irish Pub restaurant in the complex served delicious sandwiches and drinks. Cold A/C, comfy bed, cooked breakfast each morning with coffee. Plenty of items to use. Private parking garage to store golf cart. Suggestions outside of the condo... Grocery store has all your needs. We'd make a trip daily "just because". The Ice Bar DID have the coldest beer & a great view! Playa Lancheros was wonderful on the beach dining. Snappers downtown for burgers and drinks. Las Tapiocas was a nice place to sit on the beach and have tapas and drinks as well. If you rent this condo & a golf cart, you will find private beach spots while exploring the island; pack an ice chest & Ziplocs (you can make ice packs from Ziploc bags and reuse them daily), bring some towels, pull the golf cart over and enjoy your own private beach! If we return to Isla, I WILL most definitely plan to rent this same condo and hope it's available..

Location to the ocean was amazing.

This property was very nice. Property Manager was great only complaint would be there is some things that are listed that comes with the property that were not there like a dvd player. Andit would’ve been nice to be able to use the washer and dryer to clean the sheets on our long stay for extra water and toilet paper and cleaning the sheets is an extra charge of $50. Thought that was a little expensive for those items. But overall our stay was great and enjoyed all the pools. !

My husband, 2 kids, mother-in-law, and I stayed in this condo from 7/29/22 - 8/5/22. The condo was beautiful, clean, and the listing photos are exactly what you get. The view was amazing and the property management is the best I have ever encountered… and we travel a lot. They were beyond helpful and assisted with all of our needs and questions. They even made great suggestions for restaurants we have never tried (and we visit Isla Mujeres as often as possible). The overall property was well maintained and quiet with lots of pool options and a little bar that serves happy hour. The underground assigned parking per unit was great because we rented a golf cart for the week and we felt secure because the garage was locked each night. I cannot say enough about how great this condo and visit was for our family. We will definitely book again. Thank you!
