「The property is very intimately set up the room that I got had the hot tub and the balcony connected, which was very nice. The only thing that I had an issue with was, I guess the room hadn’t been used in a little while so there was a a few small bugs that were in the bed and when I turned the ceiling fan on a few of them fell from the ceiling fan and because of the heat, the power kept going off and it stayed off for quite a while in the middle of the night, which caused us to be extremely hot,...

The rooms on the first floor with volcano views from the veranda are great - worth paying extra for. Tasty, generous breakfast. 「This is a pretty expensive hotel for the location. The reception was closed and I had to call for help at the pool VHF-radio... Very few people speaks English. I stayed in a suite, which has a nice bed, almost the only good thing about the place.
