「Super clean, new condo. Owner was wonderful about communicating any needs. Unit was clean and there is a washer dryer in the unit. They actually left two laundry pods for wash which was super helpful after coming off a cruise! The bathroom looks like it has been remodeled, and there was body wash and shampoos for our use. Kitchen is pristine and ready to use. There is a cute pool on site which we did not have time to visit and a beautiful private beach are which is SO beautiful! ...

「Our first time in Florida! It was a great location and private beach access was perfect, complete with pier and wildlife sightings (lizards and hermit crabs) Clean room with all the amenities. Had a hiccup with the door code but our room contact was prompt to help and make sure everything went ok. Balcony view was awesome! Private community was quiet and safe to walk around. We loved it!」

「The previous tenant had left some rotten food in the refrigerator. I contacted the owner and she took prompt action to remedy the situation by purchasing a new refrigerator. Althugh it did not make it during our stay, I was very impressed with the owner's action to insure our stay was as comfortable as it should be. I highly recommend this place and the value she offers. Will definitely stay there in the future.」
