「I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. My stay was going well until a very serious incident completely changed my experience. While I was out on a tour, someone entered my room, stole cash, and attempted to use my credit cards to make purchases totaling more than €2,500. Although I accidentally left these items in my room while rushing out that morning, this should never happen in any hotel, especially one with such highly rated reviews. What was even more disappointing...

「La propiedad esta acepatable en ubicacion ,en mis dias de estadias nunca pasaron a limpiar, la comunicacion con el personal es terrible, nunca puedes hablar dierectamente con el responsable, es una cadena de personas que no resuelven tu problema. Me hospede en dos ocasiones , porque la ultima reserva fue imposible cancelarla independientemente que expuse mis razones , la habitacion constantemente esta llena de unos insectos, creo que provienne de los arboles cercanos pero igualmente no hacen...

「At first,we were provided a room which did not match the one shown as the pictures on Expedia’s website. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. We tried to contact the host , they were not very helpful at the beginning, saying the pictures are taken from different apartments, after a long communication, they move us to a bigger apartment which is better. We just want to...

「The cleaning ladies are very diligent and caring to visitors. The only thing I really don’t like is that when I arrive in the morning after long flight and will stay for 4 days they say the early check in will charge euro 49. I thought it’s fair and then I decline it. However when I checked out I saw a same situation and the desk voluntarily ask the customers to come back in an hour and the room will be ready in the morning. It’s differing treatment which makes me feel unfairly treated 」
