“A first class stay. I cannot get over the flexibility, friendliness and how helpful was their receptionist(Maria). If only there was a way to stay there again! Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. There also is a fridge and microwave for use. ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel in a beautiful and lively town. The staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived early and they locked up our bags and gave us a map with recommendations of where to tour and eat. The room was large, beautiful and clean. The restaurant was excellent. “Air conditioning didn’t work on a night of 37c. 5 beds crushed into a room thatwastiny and dirty. Insects in room. Never been dusted. Foul smell. No kettle. Ti y sink in bedroom and no simk in bathroom. This was supposed to be a family room only suitable for a family of mice.”

“Expérience malheureusement décevante.
L’accueil a été assez désorganisé, avec des chambres encore en attente de nettoyage à 16h. L’hôtel ne disposait pas de climatisation, sans que cela nous soit signalé avant notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très inconfortable avec la chaleur.
Autre point important : l’établissement était présenté comme un 4 étoiles sur le site de réservation, alors qu’il est en réalité classé 3 étoiles depuis un certain temps. C’est un écart important qui influence……
