February getaway

The house is well maintained and was clean and ready for our visit. The bedrooms are a good size which is especially nice for the bunk bed room and multiple kids. The deck in the back was great to relax and grill.

Great location and home!

This property was a short 10 minute walk over to the beach and the county park directly across the street was perfect for our kids as there was a nice big playground and ball fields, this house provided everything we needed and more! We would gladly return to this rental again.

Charming little house

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was right across from a park, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There was more than enough room for our party of 8. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything that you would want to do. I only have two suggestions to the property owner and that would be to switch out the mattress on the day bed as it was like sleeping in cement and for housekeeping to leave enough extra toilet paper for larger groups with a long stay. I would completely rent this home again though!

A Home Away from Home

Housing: Very impressed when coming in. House was open and clean. We enjoyed the deck space out in the back along with the spacious inside. Kitchen was fully stocked and we could cook what we needes. Grocery store was close to the location. Surrounding area: really fun. My son was old enough where he could go to the park and we could watch him from the window. Beach was a short walk away with public access. Overall a wonderful stay. We fit with 3 adults and 3 kids comfortably. We would stay again!

Perfect family home

Our family had a lovely time here, the location right next to the park and blocks from the beach was perfect for our kids. The park was beautiful and family friendly, the home was clean, and comfortable with plenty of beds for all of us (family of 7). The home had wonderful outdoor space as well! We enjoyed being within 30 minutes of Charleston and we enjoyed family time together in this home. Kitchen was stocked dishes for cooking and kid-friendly dishes for meals. We forgot our beach towels but found a nearby target to purchase towels. Everything about this home was perfect for our vacation and we look forward to returning!

Good stay for long weekend

Great time in the Isle of Palms! About an 8 minute walk to the beach, property had just been flooded out from Hurricane Debby so the yard was muddy and useless, but the house is in good condition and was just what we needed!

Great place to take the Grandkids

The community center playground is directly across the street and is absolutely wonderful for small children. My 5 year old grandson met other children and had a blast. My teenage grandchildren where able to ride bikes and scooters. very safe and clean park. Little walk to the beach but it was not bad even for the 5 year old. Would probably be a little far with toddlers unless you bring a wagon or all terrain stroller. Highly reccommend.

Pleasant 4 min walk to beach, wonderful community park right across the quiet street Short car ride to Shem Creek, and Sullivans Island, and 25 min to downtown Charleston. Very clean, pleanty of space, wonderful deck, good privacy, warm/welcoming, and safe/secure area. We would rent this wonderful home in the future!
