Beautiful house with perfect location

We very much enjoyed our stay in Isle of Palms. This house was perfect for our family of 6 and my parents. Beth was amazing with communication and helping us with situations that would come up. I highly recommend staying at this house!

Exceeded Expectations

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was great and the location really exceeded our expectations. Being steps away from the beach and the main drag at Wild Dunes (restaurants, shops, etc.) was perfect for us. Our kids (aged 4, 6, and 8) were asking are we coming back next year by the 2nd day. It didn't hurt that the weather was spectacular, though quite hot. The AC kepts up reasonably. The Grand Pavilion pools were underwhelming for our crew who are used to larger options, but we came for the beach and that was the star. We enjoyed the beach chair and umbrella rental and riding our bikes around the island. Great value for the price, in our opinion.

Winter at the Beach

Great space. The family really enjoyed it. The screened in porch was very cozy. Great location. We got to interact with the local animal life. The deers were adorable. Loved the bench. Our grand children collected lots of shells! Love the outlets Thanks for the memories

Another lovely stay!

This was our second year staying at 47 Grand and once again, it did not disappoint. The proximity to everything Wild Dunes has to offer is awesome. The main level has a nice, open floor plan that accommodated our group of 6 adults and 3 children comfortably. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in. The hosts do an excellent job communicating ahead of arrival with welcome packets that help you prepare for what you need to bring. We're already looking forward to booking year 3!

We had a great weekend at your beautiful home. The location was perfect and the home was comfortable. The only glitch for us was that the house was so cold. We couldn’t get heat to turn on.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We love that neighborhood and this house was right on the beach path and super close to both the beach and the grand pavilion pools. The house is very comfortable and easily accommodated our family and even a few guests for dinner one night. Suggestion for renters is to bring bath soap as this isn’t provided. Also keep in mind that the prop manager does not check the propane for the grill, so you’ll want to check before grilling time! But we would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

We feel so fortunate to have gotten this house that I almost do not want to tell people. we lost another spot in wild dunes so was scrambling for a last minute house/condo. This was bigger than we needed for our family so did not initially look at it House had everything needed for time away but the best was location/access to all that Wild Dunes has. Walk out your back door to the beach, pools and restaurants. When we come back we would stay here again but bring another family!

Great Family week

This property is in a great location at Wild Dunes. Close to just about everything on the resort. We had kids from 7 months and adults to 77. Everyone had space to do what they needed to do. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great family vacation in this area.

Fabulous family time

We booked this house as a first family vacation, with ages from grandparents to babies… the location, house, amenities, and communications with the property manager could not have been better. We would recommend this property highly, and would stay again. We especially enjoyed the proximity to everything our family members, no matter what the age, would want. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious.
