Great place!!
We loved our stay! Great place for 2. Close to the beach and restaurants, not far from Sullivan’s island and short drive to Charleston. Ann was a great host and quick to help when needed! Would definitely stay again!

Clean but tiny
The property was clean, but a little small. Bed was unbelievably comfortable and my kids said the pull out sofa was as well. The only suggestion is to bring sheets for the sofa and towels for showers. We had a family of 4 for 3 nights and were only given 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel.

Great place!
Loved it here! Property manager was friendly, and we were provided with everything we needed! Plenty of towels and washcloths, and even beach chairs! Highly recommend!

Perfect spot
Was a perfect spot for the two of us. Able to walk to wherever we wanted. Good restaurants close by. Short drive to Charleston. Just a short walk to the beach. Was just what we wanted.

This was our second year in a row staying here. It’s very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are very responsive to any questions. The condo is close to the beach, with very easy access to it. I’m sure we’ll be back!

R & R following surgeries
Absolutely fabulous condo. Everything we needed was furnished. Spotless, comfortable, and convenient to town, beach, and restaurants. Beautiful decor. We could have stayed for a month if time had allowed. We may do that this winter if available. Owners are wonderful. I'm recuperating from two surgeries--one major--in less than 5 weeks apart. It was perfect for me.

Comfy little getaway close to the beach
We were in town for a wedding at Wild Dunes which was an easy 10 minute drive. The condo was comfortable and clean. It has everything we needed. We enjoyed spending some time at the pool as well. It is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. The code to enter was incorrect in the initial communication but I was able to call Ann quickly with the VRBO app. She answered the call immediately and got us straightened out. We were a little early and she let us go in and grab the parking pass while the place was being cleaned so we could go enjoy a walk on the beach.

Isle of palms condo
The check in process was terrible. The code to enter the condo that was on the confirmation, did not work . There was no phone number to contact locally. At the bottom of my reservation in very small type was a name. After one hour I was able to google that name locally, left a message, was finally contacted by owner and given entirely different from code on confirmation. Really terrible when you are tired from a 3-1/2 hour drive,have to be somewhere in a couple of hours, and can’t get in the condo. Everything was clean and fine.

Coastal Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The owner provided a list of all types of restaurants and activities which helped us decide where to eat. Sea Biscuit was amazing for breakfast and less than a block away. We highly recommend this condo. Super clean, well stocked and comfortable for two people!! We would definitely stay there again.

My teenager daughter and I stayed here and it was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean, and I appreciate that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc, making it easy for us to use. The owners were extremely responsive with any questions or concerns I had, and even made a trip to the unit when I couldn’t get the TV to work. There’s a great local coffee shop right behind the unit, and I loved being able to walk just a few steps to get a cup of coffee in the morning. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit IOP.

The Condo that we rented was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Was also very quiet. The location was perfect. Well within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and beach. I highly recommend this place and will hopefully be returning next year!

Quaint Rental
Great for 2-3 people. Nicely decorated with all the essentials. Extremely clean. Comfortable bed. Restaurants & a grocery store within a few minutes walk. Easy access to a very nice beach. The owner called us to let us know we could check in early. Access to the unit was easy. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Pros: location to the beach and pool; property was super clean and comfortable; games available were a nice touch! Cons: 6 steps to a first floor space (beware of loud footed 2nd floor guests); AC unit is loud, especially when kicks on, and in master bedroom closet; No Keurig-if you need AM coffee, may want to bring your own unless Maxwell House is okay for you; no water filter on frig, bring bottled water Overall enjoyed our stay! Very convient location to beach, pool, shops, and restaurants. Felt safe and comfortable!

Loved the Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island
Close to the beautiful beaches. Close to Sullivan Island. Scooter/moped rentals directly behind. Fantastic seafood at Long Island Cafe, a 2 minute drive. Only knock is the lighting. It’s dark when you come home and when you wake up. Wall sconces or stand up lamps would be great. Will come back.

Perfect property
My wife and I stayed 6 days and had a wonderful time. The property is small but was perfect for our needs. Ann was wonderful — going out of her way to help us with a FedEx delivery issue. The property was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen, although small. had great appliances. Plus we were only one block from the beautiful beach. We will definitely be back. I would definitely recommend this location to couples seeking the perfect property.

Fit our needs perfectly!
We wanted a place with beach access but knew we would be spending most of our time in Charleston. Easy drive into the city and short walk to a great beach. Hosts were very nice and very helpful with suggestions while in area.

Great location, clean and comfy
We liked the location of this place. Easy walk to Ben and Jerry's, the beach where lifeguards/snack shack/showers/etc are, and all the restaurants. The condo unit was clean and cozy. Mattresses were comfy (even the pullout couch one, which I was pleasantly surprised about! Those are never comfy :))

Lovely condo. Great location. Nice pool.
This is our second time staying at this condo. We love the location and the small, quiet condo. A short walk to the beach and many restaurants. There is a grocery store very close by too. We had trouble with the cable tv, but the owners took care of it right away.

Our First Isle of Palms Trip
Nice older property & great location! Loved being able to walk to so many restaurants, stores, & the beach. The only negative was the TV cut in & out constantly for the first hour or so it was on in the evening, but we weren’t there to watch TV, so it was ok. We could have contacted the owner, but didn’t care enough to address it. We would go again!

Everything one needs.
You can essentially show up with your toothbrush/toothpaste and a change of clothes and you are good to go. :) Everything else is there. Isle of Palms can be crowded, busy, and touristy, but this space is set just far enough away from that to be quiet and calming. We walked to every meal and there were enough options that we were able to eat somewhere different each time. Beach access was easy and the unit came with beach necessities. If you need total darkness to sleep, bring a sleeping mask. The unit is fully east facing, basically parallel to the Atlantic coast, so you experience the sun even before it fully rises. Which, by the way, you should get up early and walk to the shore to watch first hand. So beautiful. We'd definitely stay here again.
