Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful fall vacation at the Ocean Club 1202 though with a beach erosion concern. 1202 is a fantastic unit extremely comfortable, great appliances and a wonderful view. Our 3rd stay in 2024 was fantastic. Our concern is with the beach erosion currently occurring in Wild Dunes. We have noticed the change over the last two years but it was a dramatic change over our last visit in 2024. The Wild Dunes and government officials need to get this fixed immediately.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is exactly as pictured through Island Realty. Island Realty is a great way to reserve your property while staying at the Isle of Palms. The kitchen is fabulous with every amenity you can imagine. The decor is very tasteful in every square inch of the property and the entire condo is very well maintained and very clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony, especially, the sunrises, was fantastic and we love taking pictures with cameras rather than phone cameras. The weather was beautiful every day of our stay and allowed for great relaxtion as this property is directly on the beach. Thank you, again, to the homeowners who allowed us to share their beautiful property. We are so happy we chose this property in the Wild Dunes area of Isle of Palms. Hopefully, we can visit again soon!

Condo has every thing you could need for a short or long stay. The beach this time of Year was not crowded, so very enjoyable with the kids. Island Realty could not of been nicer. Second time renting with them and will continue to do so.
