"Myself, aunt and sister in-law stay at the cottage this spring and fell in love. It was quiet and had amazing views of the rocky coastline and the Nubble Lighthouse right there. My sister in-law walked to both short sands and long sands beach so close to everything. Being right next to Fox's Lobster House an extra bonus with amazing food and friendly staff. "We enjoyed this property immensely. The communal spaces are large and open, while the bedrooms were so cozy. The ocean is right across the street and absolutely gorgeous. The location was right near everywhere we needed to be (we were in town for a wedding). We flew into Boston and getting to the rental from there was very easy. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Came to town for a family gathering - 40+ from coast to coast. Loved coming back after our nightly gatherings and relaxing - LOL. The last evening everyone came out for a Happy Hour/Trivia night. The main room is so spacious and holds so much character - it was an ideal spot. Afterwards, we walked across the bridge to Perkins Cove to enjoy the many dinner options. Communication was good, place was clean and comfortable. The host, and family, were friendly and helpful. I would love to return!"

"I am fresh from the Luxor in Vegas and let me tell you, the room here was a lot nicer, with the exception of the larger, stylish bathroom, than I had there. I asked for a quiet room and it was on the end and almost without noise at all, although we could hear a bit of the t.v. the next room over, but that wasn't an issue. Very respectful guests too,. Amazing as it was a holiday weekend, I was near Foxwoods casino for Easter and Stste police were called at 3:30 a.m. for dusturbances. Plus a coffemaker and fridge and microwave in the room, even coffee in breakfast area, and again, was left Jonesing ar Luxor with NONE of that. Comfy beds. Here everything was very well kept. Great breakfast choices, incredible scrambled eggs, not rubber like I expected, and delicious fresh waffles off the self-service machine. Nice pool, hot tub couldve been hotter and more bubbly but after being in places where it was out of order, i was happy to have both. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. This place was near to highway and close to outlets. Very happy with my stay. I don't go often to the area but will go back to this place again "
