“I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. Additionally, there were very few amenities included for example, the boat ride was not part of the package, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the food was excellent, and the views were……

“The property is very intimately set up the room that I got had the hot tub and the balcony connected, which was very nice. The only thing that I had an issue with was, I guess the room hadn’t been used in a little while so there was a a few small bugs that were in the bed and when I turned the ceiling fan on a few of them fell from the ceiling fan and because of the heat, the power kept going off and it stayed off for quite a while in the middle of the night, which caused us to be extremely hot,……

Aparte de eso, la ubicación del hotel está excelente, porque está un poco apartado de la calle la Calzada, que es una calle muy movida que genera mucha bulla y donde hay música con el volumen alto en los bares/clubs. Hubiera sido mejor que los baños tuvieran shampoo y acondicionador, pero por el costo total, eso era lo de menos. Las baterías de los controles de remoto de los cuartos estaban……
