This hotel changed our booking to other worse hotel when check-in.
We have arrived this hotel on 10/22 morning and then began our daytime tour and waited for check-in. But, when we wanted to check-in the evening, the staff told us there are some problem to their bath and shower facility. Hence, he wanted to change our booking to other equivalent hotel.
However, the other hotel is only 3-star and not equivalent to Aprillis hotel which is 4-star. This hotel didn't provide any refund or compensation to us. And, when we back to Aprillis hotel and argued with the staff, we saw many people completed their check-in and walked around in the hotel. It seemed the problem only occurred to our booked room and nothing to others. It's hard to trust what this hotel said.
This is the worst experience in our Turkey travelling. It seems this hotel is not first time to change customers' booking. We sincerely hope none will meet the same treatment from Aprillis.

A good place to be if you would like to walk to all the historical attractions around SutanHammet. The staff were friendly, helpful courteous and just nice humans. The rooms are cozy and clean. There is no noise coming in from the street level. There were no in-dining options but there are plenty of restaurants on the same street. Thank you Aprilis for a memorable visit.
