「It is an excellent stay,the hardware and service are immaculate. I am very grateful to the team of the hotel. Every one is very kind and accommodating, they gave us early check in and late check out.Even I didn’t mention my wife’s birthday they noticed it and sent a birthday cake with handwritten card to her. So far it is the best hotel we had ever stayed 」

「Nice staff, good location but generally disappointing. NOT. a true 4-star (as rated by expedia). The first room was fine, but overlooked a construction site. Second room was their 'best' room but seemed it hadnt been freshened in a long time, room was 80 degrees when we entered, great view but very dirty windows obscured that, sink was partially clogged. Service on rooftop was not very good. Did not recognize the expedia benefits so this seem like'Vip' here was false advertising. Places is rated...

「Close to alot of cafes and restaurants, it’s in the pricer part of town. Easy transport by streetcar/tram and bus . Use taxi apps to order taxis . I don’t know why there are bad reviews our room on the 5th floor was lovely. 」

「房間的海景如官方照片一樣, 能俯瞰舊幫城區與金角灣的風光，有得很大的枱面空間和有晾掛方衣服的地方，衣服能曬太陽。洗手間的門有些難關；整潔度尚可,沒有異味；床鋪的皮料摸起來舒服, 但略嫌打掃得不夠乾淨，找到兩粒疑似蟲蟲的東東, 噴了殺蟎噴霧後沒發現更多。從電車站去酒店的路有些難行，走的時候用了酒店的租車服務, 建議使用酒店的租車服務，車輛準時寬敞舒適, 只用了40分鐘就能到達機場」

「The mangers of the property are wonderful and easy to access, they assisted with transfers from/to airport. The only thing I can say negatively is that only 2 bath towels are provided. We prefer clean towels each day and it was bit of headache because laundry had to be done. Otherwise, property is great for 2 adults and maybe an infant . 」
