Staff were excellent, always smiling and attentive and very helpful. They couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were clean and had all the facilities expected of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate. There was a large variety of options and the quality was very good. The location of the hotel was excellent, very near the Bosphorus where we could jump on a boat and cross over to the other side or go on a tour of the Bosphorus. There are also a number of top attractions nearby, like the Dolmabahce Palace and Yildiz Saray. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Istanbul on a short break.
