We were very pleased.

A truly value-for-money hotel. It offers ample amenities for short stays. As someone who travels extensively, I've had many negative experiences with hotels. I've encountered hotels with no hot water, no air conditioning, or a broken TV. I didn't experience any of that at this hotel. Everything was in working order. So, I was satisfied. I'd like to thank the management.

decent, but disapointing.

Great location on a quiet street in Kadikoy, nice people and service, but my room was NOT a good value at all. The sheets on the mattress were old and had brown stains on them in suspicious places. In Turkey, which has great cotton available for cheap, how can this be? i could feel the springs in the mattress. it needs to be replaced. i also found a few long black hairs in the bathroom and in a towel. lastly, the room was super hot, which make the air conditiononer necessary in late October. otherwise, i loved my stay here. quiet, except for loud footsteps from the room upstairs (infrequent) nice service, nice location.

It’s location is excellent. Walking distance to the ferry jetty. Great dining options around the hotel. Staff allowed a late check out.Room is spacious and clean. Can be noisy cos of thin walls and ceiling.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Belizia, it is a very cute, clean and extremely well located boutique hotel. The people at the front desk are so nice and helpful with whatever you may need during your stay. The only thing is that it is a bit noisy as it is an older building, but that is normal for Istanbul. 10/10 would recommend.

We have chosen economy room which is kind of underground, i don't think this is clear enough from the description of the room. Room was very small so was the bathroom. Room had 2 small windows with a view to respectfully a wall/small inner yard. So, no light! There were cats all around in this yard so we couldn't keep windows open in the night as cats could come in. There was mold on one of the walls.

“No English, I don’t know Sorry “ that’s what I gotten responses when I requested for any help. There are ants everywhere, the shower walls are moldy, no insulation between rooms, you can hear people all night long. No room cleaning services while you’re staying. Most of all, there is no hotel manager. We stayed for four nights and I spent hours with the receptionist trying to get the room cleaned. Unfortunately, I only got one time room make up , not cleaning. I have traveled over 45 countries, Belizia Hotel was the worst place I ever stayed.

We have just spent a week in the hotel. It was very noisy. The building has thin wooden f!oors and all noise above is transmitted below. There is a notice behind every door asking residents not to wear shoes so it is a known problem. Unless you are an extraordinarjlh sound sleeper or you manage to stay in the very top room then this hotel is probably not for you. One day thehot water was badly discoloured for the whole day with particles floating in it. This may have been bad luck. You also need to ask for your room to be cleaned including the emptying of the bin associated with the toilet. This should be done daily. We liked the adea. Very near transport links and many coffee options and restaurant. A very good fish lokanta nearby.If we had been in the top room we would have rated the hotel much higher. Disapointing.

Okej rum. Sängkläderna var inte nya vid ankomst, var kvar hår från tidigare boende. Dåligt luft på rummet. Lämnade fönster öppet en stund vid vistelse på stan, upptäckte att en katt varit inne på rummet och fällt lite päls på sängen. Mycket svartmögel i badrummet, det var det värsta av allt. Väldigt farligt för hälsan! Rum #2. Väldigt trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger perfekt avskilt från trafik och annat störande ljud och det är gångavstånd till Kadiköy meydan och tunnelbanan och färjor.

Otele check ın saatinden 5 saat önce çok çok yorgun bir şekilde vardık. Otelin sahibi karşıladı bizi. Yorgunluğumuzu görünce bizi 5 saat önce odaya aldı. Harika!

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Merkezi bir yerde olduğu için ulaşımımız çok rahat oldu. Gayet temizdi, otelin içi de renove edimmiş ve güzeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Biz 5 gün kaldık ve çok memnun olduk. Tekrar gelirsek tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Mükemmel bir konaklama oldu, ahşap bir bina o yüzden ses geçirgenliği fazla, Kadıköy iskelesine 10 dakikada gidiliyor, odası geniş ve temizdi, yine tercih edilebilir güzel bir otel.
