「Good hotel」

「Location of the hotel was brilliant. My son treated me for my 60th birthday as I loved visiting Istanbul before. So he booked it. We all had lovely rooms , my husband & I , my middle son & his wife & youngest son. Except for my eldest son he had the smallest room especially hard with a toddler. They complained to the manager & were moved to a bigger room however that was after a few days. That should not have happened. They should have been given a larger room at the beginning.」

「Hotel was well maintained and room was clean and well equipped. Staff we’re helpful and pleasant to deal with. Location is in a nice area, but a good 30 minutes walk to the Kadikoy and Moda market and restaurants.」

「Riva’s Hotel was overall a very pleasant experience. Staff was helpful and friendly and the location was close to the waterfront. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view and good food. Loved walking everywhere within 15-20 minutes to shop, eat and sightseeing. Our room was comfortable and nice, although there were items that needed repair and maintenance. Overall, I recommend this boutique hotel.」

「We stayed at the Dekalb Hotel in Kadıköy during the final part of our Turkey trip and had a very enjoyable experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax after long days exploring Istanbul. What stood out most was how helpful and welcoming the staff were throughout our stay — they were always friendly and willing to assist with anything we needed. The location in Kadıköy was also excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and ferry access nearby, making it...

「We were very disappointed with our stay we couldnt wait to get out of there. The room reeked of cigarettes, the floor was sticky and the bathroom door was broken. The breakfast was very poor and all plates were empty when we got there. To top that off, it was listed 5 minutes walk to Bagdat street but it s at least 15 minutes to get to any stores. So if you are there for shopping skip it all together. The staff were helpfull though so we felt bad about this complaint.」

Warmwasser war sofort vorhanden. Heizung geht, Klima nicht getestet, aber es ist vorhanden. Zum Negativen: Es war im Bad und auf dem Bett überall umrum Haare gewesen.
