Amazing stay, amazing location!

My day was amazing. This was my second time staying at this property in Istanbul and I have to say it was as expected. The location was very central and I could see the Galata Tower from my room places like Taksim Square were walkable. The host was very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Istanbul.

Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde. Gayet temizlik yönünde tatmin edici hiç bir sıkıntı görmedik. Kahvaltı olarak kart verip sizi galatanın hemen yanında ki restoranda yönlendiriyorlar ve harika manzara karşısında kahvaltınızı yapıyorsunuz. Çalışanların da ilgi alakası mükemmel. Ne iyi ne kötü bir yer Galata’da olması bayağı bir yokuş tırmanmanız gerekiyor.Fiyat ve konaklama olarak bir tık pahalı. Budget odalarda Galata gözükmüyor arka tarafa kalıyor bilginize. Temizlik açısından çok iyi. Uzun süre kalınmaz ama iş için gelenler veya günübirlik gelenler kalabilir.

Hotel tres bien situé, a proximité de la tour galata et de tout les services, hotel et chambre propre. Du bruits tard dans la nuit du a l'emplacement de l'hotel, il a les inconvénients de ses avantages. Le prix est malheureusement un peu excessif !

Oda arka tarafta, nem kokuyor (sürekli nem alma modunda olan klimayla bile gitmiyor) ve bakımsız, ayrıca camı açtığınızda kapalı ve pis bir alana bakıyor. Odada sıva çatlakları ve tamir edilmesi gereken parçalar var. Girişte ilgisiz bir karşılama var. Kahvaltı güzel bir bölgede ama yetersiz.

Nicely located pod hotel. The room is small but has all the needs to be out exploring Istanbul. Conveniently located near Galata tower, plenty of shopping and they host their Breakfast at a cute and tasty cafe around the corner. Hotel has a rooftop with a nice view and they booked my transfer to the airport the day before. Taxi was waiting 15 minutes ahead of time for peace of mind. Front desk staff member came out at 5:30am to see me off to the airport :)

Motsvarade inte vårt förväntningar tyvärr. Varmt vattnet brukade strula då o då, vatten trycket var låg, hisset var urfunktion i två dagar. I beskrivningarna/bilderna står det att roofet är öppet men den var helt stängd hela tiden. Trevliga personal och bra läge annars.

I was told by a staff member that this was due the previous occupant being unwell and unable to travel so needed to stay an extra night. The manager later admitted that it was just double booked. The hotel is tiny. Tiny reception and tiny rooms. It was disappointing but the check-in and check-out staff was very good and helpful. It is good if you want a place to crash for one night only if you're traveling alone without family because the rooms are not big enough to hold more than one person plus carry-on luggage. Beware that it gets noisy on the streets below late into the night even on weeknights. Unless you're exhausted you may not be able to fall asleep. Not good for light sleepers.

I wish I could post the pictures of this hotel and their so called “superior room”. The place is super noisy, no curtains to give you privacy. The bed is super uncomfortable, the bathroom was disgusting, bugs on the ceiling. Overall, total waste of your money. The only positive part of it was Bora (the hotel receptionist), he was really nice and tried his best to make my 5 day stay worthwhile but unfortunately it was impossible because the property is in dire need of some repairs.
