Hotel was in great location, staff was very helpful and supportive. Location was great for transport, food and shopping. The breakfast option was fabulous and a very good spread. Only downside was the ac. This did not work very well. We bought a fan which made the stay easier. Overall as great hotel, would recommend and stay again

Nice hotel

The hotel is very clean and cute. More like a boutique hotel, as it's small. The breakfast is basic, but enough options to choose from. I think you can order omelette. The room was spacious for a double standard and CLEAN. Reception efficient and 24h opened. Good location, all tourist attractions are within walking distance. The street can be noisy, even if it's away from main road. For the price we paid is 100% worth it and recommended

Staffs were really great. Me and my friend have 5 luggages and it was hard to bring them up to stairs but they helped us, both when we arrive and when we leave. And room was clean. And one thing that i liked most was the room have security alarm (idk if other hotels have this). If I closed door and somebody tried to open it the alarm will ring. Breakfast was good especially the cakes. Location was also convenient. We mostly walked but took a bus and metro few times but it is also close to the both stations.

Starting with the positive, the staff at reception were really nice and helpful (our driver initially could not locate the hotel and so the hotel staff had to assist). Issues I found with this hotel were the following: 1. The air conditioning - Didn't work and actually when set at lowest temperature was blowing out hot air, this made it challenging to sleep overnight. 2. Breakfast - The options were limited in my opinion. Not a great selection of breads and honey/cream. Decided after first day to eat out for breakfast. Location was fantastic and it was clean for us.
