Great staff, the room was very good size, with plenty of space and nice bathroom. Daily room service available with free water and tea, coffee if required. Arranged transport to and from airport easily done. There is a short uphill walk to main street, outside of this safe area, 20 min walk to blue mosque etc or just tram stop very close and shops all around. Top choice.

- Advertised as having a fitness room on Expedia but that is no longer there - Had a room with a window leading into some tunnel, which triggered my claustrophobia. This was then changed after I complained - no warm water in the first room. After my room was changed it was better but still not warm enough - most of the staff had an attitude, breakfast was supposed to start at 7 am. Was then told we have to wait until 7.30 and when people started queuing, were rudely advised to sit back down - the street the hotel is on seems to be closed after 9 pm, so had to walk 15 minutes in the dark there when I arrived

Отель приятный, чистый. завтрак хороший, разнообразный свежий и вкусный. Каждому гостю предоставляется неограниченное время нахождения в сауне и хамаме. Сауна маленькая, но для легкого расслабления отлично. Месторасположение идеальное, все в пешей доступности. Из минусов хочу отметить, что маленькие комнаты, и у нас не работал телевизор и его починить предложили только на следующий день. Он нам в принципе и не нужен был))), но было бы неплохо чтобы они сразу как то предложили решить этот вопрос. В целом отель хороший, чистый, приятный, рекомендую.

Hotellets beliggenhed var super godt ,tæt på alle de steder vi skulle besøge . Bla. Beyazit meydanı , Kapalı çarşı ,çemberlıtaş. Hotellet var pænt og rent ,morgenmaden var okay . Personalet var altid søde og behjælpelige, så det bliver vores overnatningssted fra nu af når vi er i Istanbul

pas mal sans plus

bon accueil , chambre correcte mais petite , seul regret j'avais choisi l'hôtel par rapport au spa , qui était un plus après une journée de balade,( le hammam était a peine chauffé et sans vapeur , le sauna idem a peine 66 degrés , donc pas utilité de passer au bain turc par la suite ???) quand j'ai fait la remarque a la personne en charge du spa ,il m'a dit c'est comme ça . j'ai fait la remarque a la réception il en on pris note mais pas de retour ?? on m'a conseiller un spa a l'extérieur lol celui ci était très bien . le petit déjeuner est très moyen .

Прекрасный отель для ночевки

Отель новый, чистый, никаких проблем. Завтрак сытный и обеденная зона очень симпатичная. Очень улыбчивые сотрудники отеля, один из них говорит по русски. Стараются во всем помочь. Даже есть хамам внизу, но не успели попробовать. Остановились на 1 ночь, для такой остановки считаю отель идеальным. За 2 тыс руб на двоих с завтраком, это идеальное сочетание. Надолго не стал бы наверное останавливаться, очень маленькие номера и высокая слышимость.

Good stay.

It was an okay stay at this hotel, they are located on a part of the city that is mostly visited by traders. The only problem is that, they don't have parking available and can't suggest where to park our car. But property is okay, good bed.
