Warm and welcoming
The staff are supper friendly and very helpful. They are very happy to assist the guests. For instance, they allowed me to check out an hour late and was able to arrange my transfer last minute at a cheaper rate than the locals. When I wanted to take tablets at night I called the reception and the guy was very helpful and bought me water to my room. They are exceptional and they honestly made my stay very warm and welcoming. Thank you. Also the location is 10/10 literally walking distance to everywhere.

Cheap and clean only
1. Staff communication skills are poor due to language barrier. 2. Looking after the customer request is beyond our dreams! I have reported in my first hour that the safe is not working as the battery dead and the room phone doesn’t work also. My three days stay over and no one attended. 3. Ladies staff handling the breakfast (which is already poor) were rude.

Initially booked to stay at the Grand Naki Hotel for 3 night of a 11 night stay in Istanbul. I was very impressed with the service received from the hotel staff. The room we were given was too small so we asked if we could change we were immediately offered a bigger room without any fuss. Ulvi and Jabir on reception were brilliant and went over and beyond to helped us with all our needs. We decided to stay at the hotel for our whole 11 days. It’s a great hotel and won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great Hotel
The hotel was really great, all staff were very friendly especially Safa , very helpful , cooperative, very quiet hotel , great location in the heart of sultanahmet area , near all shopping places ( beyazit , mahmoud basha shopping street , grand bazaar, five minutes from where you can take phosphor cruise ,finally I recommend this hotel strongly fir tourism and business.

In general everything is fine, the most important for me was cleanliness and good location.I liked the hotel in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.There are many alternative restaurants around.One minute walk to tram (T1) line. About 6 -7 minutes to historical places Aya sofia, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Topkapi.Staff very friendly i recommend to everyone

Good location,you can walk all toursit attraction places just 5 minute.Very clean and new hotel.Breakfast is very diverse and freash fruit.Basic supplies such as tea, coffee and water are always free.We cleaned our room every day.Very close to shopping and Turkish traditional restaurants.Sefa is amazing man

Great Location and Value for Money
We stayed here as 4 friends and the location is perfect for the sites in sultan ahmet and the grand bazaar. The staff especially Sefa and Ulvi were very polite and helpful 24 hours a day and accommodated every request. Rooms are nice and clean and the reception and restaurant are also nice. Best value for money

My stay at Grand Naki was great the staff was really nice and friendly the hotel is very clean the manager SEFA is very friendly and helpful and handsome 😁 he would always offer me Turkish coffee after breakfast and all other times overall my experience with them was great

Location wise Very central. Initially disappointed because I had a sunken bed. Had to complain a few times before my room was changed 4 nights later. Price per night should be negotiated.

Great hotel
Excellent hotel!!Very clean and comfort hotel With very freindly staff! The location of the hotel is in the center near to Grand bazaar and church of Saint Sophia. There are too many restaurant near to hotel.I recommend this hotel and i will stay again there

Room was very small Shower room wasn’t clean sigaret buts on floor No Aircondition we booked with air conditioning! Poor service! Don’t take the shuttle to Airport unless you have loads of time to get to Airport it has loads of stops and it took us around 2 hours to get to Airport. Better book outside a yellow cab.

UNACCEPTABLE ROOM CONDITIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
The guys at the reception were rude and uneducated, know nothing about customer service, the rooms were a disaster, the toilet stinks and the carpet was loose at the entrance of the room. WE HAVE TO CHANG THE ROOM TWICE. The wifi was terrible.

The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to all main sight seeing sights. The room was tidy and clean but very very small. If you were 2 large people you would have difficulty moving around the bed. The bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast fine. Their communication was terrible.. .. The hotel never answered 1 of my 5 emails. I needed to be sure that the transfer was organized. But i couldn't be sure. Because they never got back to me. As predicted there was no one to collect us

Met my expectations across the board
Great room service delivered in timely manner. Room kept clean throughout my starting and bed sheets changed whenever requested. Comfortable bedding and pillows and adequate air-conditioning - not too cold and not warm - bathroom equipped with air ventilation (which I, quite frankly, did not expect). The breakfast has variety of foods for different tastes and is served freshly every morning. Staff very helpful and Mr. Izzat, the hotel manager, is there most part of the day helping out with whatever needed. Great location - only a 2 minute walk from metro station. Plenty of restaurants around the area, if interested in Turkish food. I definitely recommend Grand Naki Hotel for the above
