Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ansonsten kann man mit der Tram 1-2 Stationen fahren. Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück vielfältig. Einzig im Zimmer gab es keine Möglichkeit seine Kleidung in einen Schrank zu legen bzw. zu wenig Ablagefläche dafür.

Wir waren 6 Nächte im Hampton. Die Lage in Sirkeci ist super aber nicht wie auf den Bildern. Sehr viele Höhen (nicht Rollstuhl geeignet). Zudem sollte jeder wissen, zu bestimmten Zeiten 10-22 Uhr ist das Hotel nicht direkt mit Taxi/Transport erreichbar. Das heißt, man muss paar Straßen weiter aussteigen/einsteigen. Zimmer war schon in unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber. Es war deutlich zu sehen, dass der Boden nicht gesaugt wurde! Bettwäsche und Toilette sauber. Das Bett war nicht bequem, und es wurde bei uns öfters „vergessen“ zu reinigen. Wir erwarten keine Tiefenreinigung aber Müll leeren und Handtücher wechseln sollte schon sein (trotz der Tatsache, dass wir spätestens 10 Uhr das Hotel täglich verlassen haben). Als ich die Mitarbeiter darauf aufmerksam machte wurde uns vorgeworfen „wenn ihr halt gegen 14-15 Uhr das Hotel verlässt…“ unglaublich. Haartrockner hat nicht funktioniert, das haben wir gemeldet und es hieß „wir kümmern uns so schnell wie möglich darum“ passiert ist gar nichts. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte eine große Auswahl inkl. Täglich frische Waffeln. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist super freundlich und macht einen tollen Job! Großes Lob an das junge Personal. Das junge Personal war auch deutlich hilfsbereiter und freundlicher als das ältere (alteingesessene). Dieses Hotel hat definitiv kein Hilton-Standard. Unser Aufenthalt war in Ordnung aber ich würde nicht nochmal buchen und sollte ich privat gefragt werden dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

My mother and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The hotel is situated on a steep hill where the taxis cant access between the hours of 10am to 8pm so if climbing steep hill is not your thing then be careful of that. Tip - you can walk down and then tell the security guards at the bottom of the hill that you have mobility issues and hopefully they should allow your taxi access to the hotel during the prohibited hours. Notable mentions: The breakfast was lovely, it wasn't huge but there was pretty much everything one might want. Im gluten and lactose intolerant. A big Shout out to MUSAMETTI, the breakfast manager who made sure all my dietary needs were taken care of so make sure to let him know if you have any special requirements because he'll make sure your catered for. If you get stuck for things to do, speak to YILMAZ. He made sure we had an interesting itinerary full of Istanbul's best to do list. He caught up with us every day and wrote out a fresh list of activities, directions and the best way to get there as well as how much we should pay in case we get ripped off. That's going above and beyond the call of duty and we were so grateful for it. At the reception: BALKAN - Let him know the time of your flight. Ours was in the evening and he have us a free late check out. GORKEM - gave us his personal metro travel card to use in case we needed it. So kind of them. Great job guys. Thank you all and the rest of the team for your exceptional customer service.

“My overall stay at the hotel was pleasant, but I would like to point out that reaching the hotel was quite challenging because of the steep slope leading up to the entrance. It would be helpful if this detail was mentioned clearly in the hotel description, as it may be difficult for elderly guests, families with children, or those carrying heavy luggage.”

Fantastic place to stay. Can’t beat the location. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of options. Staff were always helpful and attentive.
