I arrived at the hotel at 6:00 PM on Sunday, January 11. The front desk employee (unfortunately I forgot his name) was wonderful as usual! The hotel and the staff are amazing; the place is clean, and we always receive a warm welcome and great hospitality whenever we stay at the hotel.

Every thing is good! As usual, the reception was wonderful. The lady at the reception is always smiling and supportive. Abdulsamad cares deeply about the hotel guests and personally makes sure they are comfortable and don’t need any assistance — a truly wonderful personality. Mostafa is a great, friendly employee. I’m happy to have met them.

Great hotel! The staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the view I was given was excellent. Turkish bath was excellent with Dilek and Ömer (the porter) is exceptionally helpful making check-in a breeze. The restaurant food is delicious. Overall, it was a great stay. The only issue I encountered was the broken shower head. I reported the problem to reception during check out.
