Situated next to a major sewerage construction site. The very poor breakfast was exemplified by stale sliced bread and a surcharge for even a fried egg.

‏The best hotel in Istanbol deal with and Reception , the environment and ‏ location are very nice, also the restaurant staff very friendly. And This is indicative of wise management by Mr. Kamal , which will be repeated, at the highest level, and this is what calls it (five stars).

The staff were very helpful and friendly. And the hotel was in a very quiet district. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast it wasn’t varied and practically no fruit.

Amazing stay
It was really good hotel. The location is considerably near good attraction, it was a bit noisy road but not that bad. The staff were really really helpful and kind specially Burac, he was amazing and willing to help even with things that are not related to the hotel

شكرا جزيلا لتعليقك القيم.يقع فندقنا في منطقة شيشلي ، على بعد 200 متر من الطريق الرئيسي. بسبب الجغرافيا العامة لإسطنبول ، هناك منحدر قصير المسافة ، وهو وضع يحدث بتقدير الخالق الأعلى ، وهو أمر خارج عن إرادتنا. غرفنا من العديد من الأنواع المختلفة ، كما تفعل ، فكلما حصلت على أرخص غرفة ، فإن حجم الغرفة هو نفسه غرفة فندق في المدينة. إذا اشتريت من غرفنا ذات التصنيف الأعلى في المرة القادمة ، فسترى أن لدينا غرفا فسيحة وكبيرة جدا. شكرا جزيلا لك ، يسعدنا أن نرحب بك مرة أخرى

Staff are brilliant
Spent 10 nights at this hotel. Had a really pleasant time and staff were brilliant. They were extremely friendly and always happy to help. Special mention to Burak, Kemal and Ulas. The hotel is based on a main street so can get noisy at times which you may want to bear in mind. Rooms however were well looked after, spacious and kept clean by the staff.

Rezervasyon esnasında twın bed seçmeme rağmen iki kız olan oda için french bed verdiler. Kendilerine ayrı yatak istediğimi sorduğumda ise ön bürodan sorumlu Kemal bey konuşma üslubu bile olmayan misafirin asla sözünü dinlemeyip sürekli kesen ve “ ama siz beni dinlemiyorsunuz bir susun size anlatıyorum” demesi, verilen odanın fiyatı asla hak etmemesi, kahvaltı için verdiğim extradan para vermeme rağmen saçma sapan bir tabağa konulan peynir, domates ve diğerleri, restoranda bar deskinde bulunan aynı Kemal gibi asla konuşmayı bilmeyen bir kadın personel me içeceğimizi sormadan kendi tercihi ile getirdiği buz gibi çay, içecek seçeceğim sunmayıp bize ne içeceğimizi neden sormadınız dediğimizde bar resminin oradan” siz söylemediyseniz ben neden soruyorum söylemeyen insanlara çay veriyorum ben” diyip mutfağa kaçması. Otelin tek bir iyi yanı var resepsiyonda ki Burak bey ve diğer resepsiyonist. 1000 liraya yakın para verip böyle üsluplarla karşılaşmak gerçekten üzücü ve hak etmeyen bir para. Ödemenin yarısını istiyorum. Bu expedianın satmamalı gereken bir otel.

Belirtmemiz gerekiyor ki rezervasyonlarımız sadece oda tipi olarak yapılabiliyor. Yatak tarzı talep olarak alınıp, garanti edilemiyor. Elbette müsaitlik olsaydı arkadaşlarımız da size 2 ayrı yataklı bir oda verebilirlerdi ama malesef otelin tamamen dolu olduğu bir güne denk gelmiş ve değişiklik yapma şansı ortadan kalkmış. Genel olarak tavırlarından şikayetçi olduğunuz arkadaşlarımızın muhakkak uyarılacağını ve hizmet kalitemizi yukarı taşımaya yönelik çalışmaları arttıracağımızı bilmenizi isteriz. Bir sonraki ziyaretinizde sizleri tekrardan otelimizde görmeyi arzu ederiz.

Very happy.
Staying at the Bosfora Plus was a pleasant surprise. Everything from check in to checkout was a great experience. The room had great amenities and was quiet and clean. Breakfast was more extensive than I expected and was very filling. All staff was courteous and friendly.

noisy. a lot. Amenities and everything else is really nice but make sure to bring your earplugs if you want to stay here. Walls are paper-thin and the windows don’t block the road noise either.

Hotel is new, with good design. But in my bathroom there was a smell of cigarettes( not much but I felt it. Breakfast good enough. Location a bit difficult.

Ich kam aus Deutschland für den Urlaub, ich habe dieses Hotel zum ersten Mal gewählt für 1 Woche. Ich war sehr zufrieden, es ist eine wunderschöne Lage und zu Fuß ist Besiktas und Taksim gut erreichbar. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich , sie kümmern sich sofort um einen, wenn ich man etwas benötigt sie tun es sofort. An der Rezeption, UFUK und dann bellboy BURAK, lieben ihren Job und sind stets freundlich. Ich werde wieder kommen und freue mich auf mein nächsten Urlaub. Ich hoffe, wir sehen uns wieder. SEDA D.
