Je tiens à préciser que ce n’est pas la première fois que je réserve via votre site Expedia, et je n’ai jusqu’à présent jamais été déçu. Cependant, c’est la première fois que je rencontre une telle expérience négative, notamment avec l’hôtel Perula à Istanbul. Je souhaite exprimer une profonde déception concernant l’établissement proposé. Hormis son emplacement, l’ensemble des informations publiées s’est révélé trompeur. J’ai choisi cet hôtel principalement pour la vue depuis la terrasse située au dernier étage. Or, celle-ci est restée fermée pendant la quasi-totalité de mon séjour, ce qui constitue un manquement majeur par rapport à ce qui était annoncé. De plus, la qualité de la nourriture était inacceptable : ce n’était même pas de la nourriture convenable, mais quelque chose qui s’apparentait littéralement à du plastique, au point d’être immangeable. En ce qui concerne les équipements, la qualité des serviettes, de la robinetterie, de la cabine de douche ainsi que la propreté des draps laissaient également beaucoup à désirer. Je tiens toutefois à souligner un point positif : le personnel de l’établissement, qui s’est montré particulièrement aimable et serviable. Compte tenu de ces éléments, je vous demande d’examiner cette situation avec la plus grande attention et de prendre les mesures appropriées. Cordialement

The rooms were clean and well appointed, beds very comfortable. The included breakfast was varied and tasty. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Location can't be beat - so close to the hippodrome, etc. Street noise at night is constant, so you need to close the windows.

expensive for what you get

well located, near to Blue Mosque but in a busy neighborhood, taxi wasn't be able to let us by the door so we had to walk one block with all luggage over stones side walk . Room was too small with no space to fit luggage so it was expensive for that area . dirt under beds and stair walls need some paint. Restaurant has a great view but breakfast is basic

Very centrally located for shopping as well as site seeing. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. I do not recommend the massage at the hotel. No privacy and people walking in and out of the room during the massage.

Since the room was very small, the bed was also small, and my feet stuck out from it. There is a restaurant on the rooftop, but the elevator does not go up to the rooftop. You have to get off on the 5th floor below and take the stairs up. This means that various guests who are not staying at the hotel can freely access the guest room floors. From time to time, the smell of cigarettes from the rooftop terrace drifted into the room. In the middle of the night, guests frequently came down from the rooftop restaurant and chatted like chickens in front of the elevator. It was extremely noisy.

The hotel is a good options for those in transit. It is clean. Be aware about getting taxi service to the airport. Even though the staff assured me the driver had a fixed rate and paid in advance at the hotel, the driver tried to charge me extra to get to the faster route to the airport. It is unfortunate drivers are always trying to get advantage of tourists.

The services provided by staff were exemplary. Not only did we feel welcomed, anything we needed from car service, the spa, where to eat, shopping, they provided good information. The rooftop experience was the best! As well as the restaurant that was suggested. Their hammam spa, it was wonderful and we didn't have to leave the hotel!

Good location, however rooms were very small and quite dusty. We booked especially for the rooftop breakfast however this was extremely poor. The hours are 7.45-10.30am we went at 8.30am and not a lot on offer and was not refilled, I had plain bread with butter. We had coffee and then went out for breakfast.
