TheFor your hotel service, we are impressed by the cheerful, polite and helpful manner of your reception staff in several shifts. Our needs are attended and responded quickly. The breakfast is very delicious. My wife loved the crepes the most! Please deliver our appreciations to your reception and catering colleagues. For the room design, it is very stylish. My only feedback is the floor of the shower room is slippery when it is wet that once I almost slipped and knocked at the glass wall after bathing. A plastic mat placing on the shower room floor for making it less slippery might help. I would surely recommend your hotel to anyone who would stay in Istanbul.

Besser geht es nicht! Die Lage ist top, das Hotel bezaubernd und das Personal super nett und herzlich. Das Frühstück war äußerst abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig und unser Zimmer ein Hemingwayreich mit Terrasse über dem Mamarameer - auch mal zum schnellen Relaxen zwischendurch. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen sind die sehr guten Restauranttipps und das herzliche Willkommen bei jeder Zurückkehr von den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Hotel is very unique and adds this lovely touch of exploration to the stay as each room is related to some famous person, musician, artist, writer, etc. Very convenient location, just minutes from all main touristic places and at the same time to the waterfront to enjoy evening walks. Staff is super helpful and welcoming, Eren is the superstar! Everyone who was serving at the breakfast are top notch (and breakfast itself a separate experience in such a beautiful city)! Highly recommended for authentic, boutique experience.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Poem!!! We stayed last month and had an amazing experience - Eren (the receptionist) was such a joy to be around and made us feel right at home every day. The Turkish breakfast was delightful, with new and different items every morning. Location is unbeatable, just steps away from Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Basilica Cistern. Hagia Sophia also has a tram stop, so it made getting to the rest of the city also very easy. 10/10 recommend!
