The hotel is nice an clean, the room is clean. The room has a dishwasher, a stove and an over and a fridge. The bed is comfortable. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. Overall a very nice stay.

Very clean and welcoming

Super clean and very comfortable stay we had. I have no single bad words to say about Joy suites. Very close to metro (underground) and Taskim square is only few minutes away. There shops around for groceries etc.

I had a wonderful and relaxing time staying in Joy Suites, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything was accessible, food delivery to the room and laundry as well.

One room with AC and the other is not and added to that The AC was not working , when complained they said i have to stay in the hot room till next day morning then I discovered they are double the same for all , when I requested a refund as my room is not ready they refused and the worst part expedia also not helping instead sharing with them the fraud Sadly i had to leave as i have family with kids to another hotel without any compensation

Konumu iyi,personel güleryüzlü,yardımsever. Temizlik güzel,mutfak olanakları yeterli. Bir günlük konaklama yaptık,Harbiye Orduevine düğüne gittik. Tekrar o cıvarda bir etkinlikten dolayı konaklama gereksinimiz olsa kalmayı düşünürüm.

Joy suitese eşim ve kızımla 5 gece misafir olduk.Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü,çok anlayışlılar.Otelin ve odaların temizliği fena değil,iyi.Otelin yeri çok güzel.Osmanbey metrosuna 5 dk,otobüs duraklarına 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde.Taksim'e 10-15 dk,Beşiktaş'a 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde.

aile ile gidilecek bir otel aslında apart gibi ... ama mahalle dar bir sokakta olması vs vs . biraz sıkıntı . tek başıma bir bayan olarak gitsem kalamam. eşin falan olmalı . her gün temizlendi oda mesela . yerler temiz. sessiz. ilk girişte güvenemedim hissiyatı veriyor. gerçi İstanbul da İstanbul lu kalmamış sokak bile güvensiz .

Honestly it was amazing the suites located in a quite area just 50 meters a way from harbiya bas station and 15 min from osmanby metro and everything is close to you such as 2 gym supermarkets such as carrfoor . I would like to thank mr ezaat for his excellent and professional attitude and behavior with us

Quiet neighborhood and convenient to many amenities. Professional and courteous staff. Good size suite. Need to ask specifically your needs for kitchen as I found mine without dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. Sounds like apparently some tenants unfortunately do not respect the rules and any things offered for the convenience of residents, disappear

Joy Suites son derece merkezi bir yerde bulunuyor, buradan kolayca Taksim, Beşiktaş, Nişantaşı ve ya Şişli'ye yürüyebilirsiniz. Merkezi olmasına rağmen, gürültü konusunda sıkıntı yaşamıyorsunuz. Odalar son derece temiz, modern, sıcak ve rahat. Hiç bir konuda sıkıntı yaşamadık diyebilirim. Resepsiyon'da bulunan arkadaşlarımıza da ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum, her konuda çok yardımcı oldular, son derece kibar ve anlayışlılar. Fiyat - performans dengesini son derece iyi bulduk, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Nice but not cozy

Nice and clean place, not cozy though, atmosphere is quite cold like an empty house. And as others said, there is no privacy cause no wall insulation (hard to sleep even for voices from other rooms). Staff was kind and friendly.

Wij zaten in een familiesuite op de kelder verdieping. De kamers zijn pas gerenoveerd. Nieuwe keuken (vaatwasser) was nog niet gebruikt. Alles was schoon. Iedere dag werden de kamers schoongemaakt... In Turkije zelden zo'n mooie en schone apart tegengekomen.
