Excellent location within walking distance of major attractions in Istanbul. Unobstructed views of the bosphorus from some of the rooms and the rooftop breakfast area. Staff extremely friendly and helpful especially Ozer, Umut, Imam and Gulfidan.

I put 5 stars for Imam the guy who was polite all the times with me and my family from check in to check out time! He is very professional and well educated man! Thanks for him! I was really satisfied! The hotel is good as well, Great location, good rooms, nice view from both terraces! I will definitely come back and refer my friends for this comfortable stay!!!

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We certainly can not praise them enough. Breakfast was plentiful and again the staff were friendly and cheerful. Our room was small and the noise from other guests was terrible. Our window faced the main street which had constant traffic and noise from the supermarket across the street. Our bathroom had mould on the ceiling and was incredibly tiny. It took two days for our safe to work and the light over the bathroom mirror never worked. We gave up asking eventually. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the staff for both these items. Roof top terrace restaurant had incredible views and the food was delicious.

Friendly and helpful staff. The lobby was comfortable and welcoming. We were greeted with a cup of Turkish tea or coffee, and they were able to let us into our room early. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and fresh, and we enjoyed eating at the restaurant on the roof, which had an amazing view of the city and the Sea of Marmara.

The location is excellent, the internet speed is good, and the air conditioning was faulty, forcing us to change rooms. The second room had very good air conditioning, and the soundproofing was average in the second room and good in the first. The rooms and bathrooms were small. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious food. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Imam and Ozir.

I solo traveled to Turkey. The staff at the Olimpic made me feel like family. I felt safe and secure at this property. Ebru was so very helpful with everything. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants local experience The location of the property is within walking distance of everything in the old town.

There was nothing that I did not like. From location to staff, everything was perfect. Staff went out of its way to be helpful. I'm sure they had my review on their minds but they seemed genuinely caring. Only , temporary, issue is the rooftop which is being renovated, and is not available for breakfast. I was however able to get a view of the mosque and bosphorous from the top.

This may not be a 5 star luxuary hotel, but the staff makes you feel like YOU ARE 5 STARS!!! From before I arrived, they made me feel at home. After I arrived, it was even more so. Everyone in the hotel and their partner restaurant was nothing short of amazing. I mean, everyone- the front desk, the housekeeping, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. I took my mom with me on this vacation. Last year, she had a stroke and can barely walk now. The staff at both places doted on her like she was their mother. They made sure she had food, they picked her up and carried her, they always asked about her if they saw me without her. It was truly heartwarming. The breakfast was good, and the lunch and dinner at the restaurant were so delicious and filling. We tried other places but always went back to them. If youre looking for a small intamate hotel close to everything, Stay here

We had a wonderful stay at Olimpic Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent and made it easy for us to visit many of Istanbul’s famous attractions. A special thank you to Imam, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. When I lost my bag, Imam took the time to assist me and helped me recover it, which was a huge relief for me and my family. His support and dedication were truly outstanding. Imam also recommended many great places to visit and provided valuable local advice that helped us enjoy Istanbul even more. His hospitality made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The quality of the food and service exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Olimpic Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you to the entire staff, and especially to Imam, for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely return in the future!

I definitely recommend the Olimpic Hotel. It is very close to the Hippodrome & the Aya Sofya & the staff were all absolutely wonderful. I was treated like a special friend by all the staff. Margarita, Dogan, the receptionist & the breakfast staff were all so kind and helpful. The roof terrace has a magnificent view & the breakfast was healthy and filling. Comfy bed and good shower.

The breakfast was fresh and the view very nice. All the staff are friendly. We'd especially like to thank Mr. Ali. He contacted us before our trip even began, which made us very happy. A small hotel with a great and safe location. The sheets and towels were clean, and there was coffee, tea, a heater, toiletries, and a hairdryer. It met all our expectations for our 3-day trip to Istanbul, and we recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It’s only a 5-minute walk to Çemberlitaş Station, and most of the famous sightseeing spots are within walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The facilities are a bit dated, but it wasn't an issue for me. More importantly, every staff member was so kind and helpful. I can't thank them enough, especially Mr. Dogan and Mr. Ezel, who went above and beyond! The breakfast room offers a fantastic view of the city, which was a great way to start the day.

The hospitality was amazing. ALL staff we encountered were amazing people who were very welcoming, polite and helpful. You receive unlimited tea, water and coffee down at the lobby after being there for almost a week they already knew my preference and would just bring it out. 10/10 recommend. I saw a comment saying it gives a 5 star hotel feel and I agree. The is a smaller hotel but such a great option also very close to the grand bazar and the tram to get around the city.

Reception staff were lovely and ever so helpful. However the hotel itself is a bit run down - there were some holes in the walls, the towels and bedding weren't completely clean, no mirror in the bedroom and the breakfast was bland. Lovely views from the rooftop cafe though, and great location for transport and sightseeing.

DO NOT BOOK AND WASTE YOUR MONEY! Extremely Disappointing Stay We reserved 4 rooms, and unfortunately, the rooms were dirty upon arrival. There was hair in the beds and all over the floors. It was obvious that the beds had not been changed and the floors had not been mopped, and toilet bowls were not cleaned- as you could see it in the pictures. One room even had a toothbrush left behind from a previous guest. We notified the receptionist, but the housekeepers simply flushed the toilet and left without properly cleaning. When we asked for the bedding to be changed, we were told the housekeepers had already left for the day. We ended up having to change the beds ourselves. To make matters worse, the housekeepers were talking negatively about us within our hearing after we complained, which was extremely unprofessional. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures advertised on Expedia. The photos are clearly outdated and do not represent the actual condition of the property. Very disappointing. Not worth a penny. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Calling it a hotel is generous—it felt more like a poorly maintained motel. Very bad management. Staff were friendly, especially Mr Imam had helped us a lot with changing and making the beds with us! Just to let you’ll know- THERES NO PARKING AROUND THATS CONVINIENT- we paid 2,000tl for 1 night-terrible.
