Room was spacious, very clean and once adjusted to the tram sounds was good. Bed was very hard, shower ran hot and cold and was not consistent. Overall a lovely place, staff were outstanding!

Overall the experience was good. However the room was very small. There was not enough room to have two large suitcases in the space. Its very close to galataport which has a lot of restaurants and shopping which is nice. Its also very close to the tram to go over to Sultanahmet for sites like the blue mosque.

Check in by Yigit was super fast and he offered us a room upgrade to a more spacious room. The luggage attendant was very informative. The hotel breakfast was amazing, comparable to cruise ship buffet breakfast. It’s very convenient to stay if you’re boarding or disembarking from a cruise since it’s right across Galataport. It’s a convenient location because in front is a tram and other public transit options. I mainly walked, it’s about an hour walk to main tourist attractions; it sounds far to walk but I feel I experience more of the city this way.

The hotel is a pretty good hotel and rooms with a partial sea and the mosque views are the best. The hotel had very friendly and helpful staff. An excellent shopping/dining mall on the other side of the street is fantastic as long as no cruise ship is docked. Unfortunately, the area is a very busy after 11:00 am. But morning & evening are great. Overall we liked this hotel and the surrounding area.

Absolutely avoid this hotel

Our recent stay at your hotel was unfortunately marred by a series of unpleasant experiences. The receptionist we encountered was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. To our dismay, he assigned us a room with a view of a useless hallway (totally ridiculous). When we requested a different room, hoping for a more enjoyable stay, we were offered a room with a basement window. Needless to say, this felt incredibly claustrophobic and significantly impacted our comfort level. This entire experience was quite disappointing and left us feeling frustrated. We would appreciate it if you could address this issue with the staff and offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience
