Hotel is in good shape what is a plus. The cleanliness desired to be better as there were small pieces of trash (scrambled paper behind sink, q-tip in living room behind chair... )Need better cleaning. Otherwise good hotel

First stay overall 5/3 stars

Was here for business reasons and my priority was a clean, quiet & close location to the convention center. + Good Location + Parking easy + Building environment in good shape + Staff was very helpfull and really really nice - Not that clean 5/3 stars - Pillows are really hard and thick pillows - My wife got some serious issues with her lungs because of the airconditioner. Please have your door or window open for a while as soon as you open it.

Nice experience

We have been staying in hotels with my boyfriend for a long time and this is by far the best experience we ever had. The room had a nice little kitchen in which we could cook. The transportation was not easy as we did not only go to Taksim. And staff treated us very good. For instance when my hair clogged up the bathroom, they solved our problem super fast and tried to investigate if there was any problem on their part

We shared a 1 bedroom suite. Water pressure and temperature were very good. Bed was comfortable. Sofa was not comfortable. Electric kettle provided. Nlimited cutlery available upon request. Bedding for sofa available upon request. Not a sofabed that opens. Instead back of sofa flip over for more sleeping space for 1 person.very poor connections to transit and walking. Ecomical price. Courteous & friendly staff.

3rd stay and would recommend

I totally forgot one important fact why i’ve stayed for the 3rd time. The most important reason is the staff who are really helpfull and greet you every time with a smile and positive vibe. Especially Mr. Rıdvan! Special thanks to him, a real gem that you would like to have in a team. Still thick and hard pillow but this time i stayed with my own pillow :)

Better this time

Stayed again for business reasons and i told the staff, that at my last stay it wasn’t that clean. I think they cared about mu feedback and everything was fine. Just the pillow is still the same thick and hard. Next time i’ll bring my own with me ;)

It was such a bad experience. Unfriendly staff, was told i was entitled to water and i had to ask for it daily, they didnt clean my room and expected me to pay. Charged me $75 to replace a pillow case saying my hair got it dirty. Sockets too didnt cater for international guests. What a shame.

3 gün kaldım, kahvaltı ücretini ekstra ödedim. 3 gün de kahvaltı gelmedi. Her gün söylememe rağmen hiç bir şey yapmadılar. Oda temizliğini söylemeniz gerek. Bir şey anlatmak çok zor. Otel yeni ve güzel ama çalışanlar özellikle akşamki çalışanlar yüzünden kalınmaz.

Odaya girdiğimizde havlu ve tuvalet kağıdı yoktu ve kötü bir koku mevcuttu. Buzdolabında eski misafire ait içecek vardı. Odadaki doldurma sabunlar cildimize alerji yaptı. Ayrıca bizimle iletişimde olan 3 personelden bir tanesinin üslubu profesyonellik dışıydı.
