The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and resolved an issue I had straight away. Breakfast was served in the sister hotel just across the street (a few seconds' walk) and was fresh and varied. Just a couple of points to consider when booking: while the hotel is within walking distance of the main historical sites, the immediate surrounding area doesn't have good shops and restaurants; many of those are over the other side of the Golden Horn. The nearest tram and metro stations are up a very steep hill.

Our room by the reception was noisy. The hairdryer is extremely loud. The second one from another room was also very loud and hurts your ear. We mentioned. They said all hairdryers in Turkiye is loud. Not true. The appartment we got subsquently had a quiet hairdryer. The soap dispenser looked like a one from a public toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were cheap and poor quality. The amenities/services must match the price the customers pay for their stay.

Upon arrival, the service was very kind and helpful. I was quickly checked in. The room was tidied clean and relatively spacious for 2 people. The area was okay, a bit downhill from the Bazaar and restaurants. I also checked in pretty late in the evening of a slower season so the nearby areas were a bit sketchy looking (this was my first time in the city and country so I was a bit anxious already) but it wasn't by any means unsafe. The breakfast was absolutely LOVELY, I felt so bad because they had a large spread of food and I was the only one there (again the slower season). Would stay again!

Nice, Safe & Quiet with amicable and helpfull staff. I had to renew my stay twice and they were eager to help. The location was very conveneint for me. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of dishes, eggs on order and delicious desserts. The breakfast staff was very polite and service was impeccable. Can (Jaan) and the 2 Lady Cooks were very good hosts. I will definately stay here again. The front desk staff all of them helped me with everything I needed. Highly Recommended. Thank You for a wonderfull experience.

In general the place was quite nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was close to all the tourist stops as long as you were prepared to walk a bit. Breakfast was across the street at another hotel owned by the same group. The Internet connection in the rooms was weak and would drop occationally. The area was surprisingly quiet considering you are in the middle of such a big city. The two exceptions were the feral cats yowling on the streets and the call to prayer from the mosque in the area, but both things came and went quickly. The highlight for me was the Hammam that was in another of the group's hotels. Located just up the hill about 7 minutes walk away, it was uncrowded and they offered sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath and pool before the actual Turkish bath. I added a massage afterwards. The staff was good and professional and the price was fair. Would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and we had room service come every day to change the sheets and clean up. The staff was fenomenal and kind, they helped us with everything we needed and went above and beyond. We had breakfast included which was delicious and fresh. The location was also very safe and has easy access to many trains and busses,but keep in mind of the hills. Even with that, the guys at the hotel can help with transportation up the hills so that was nice of them. We were impressed with our stay there and will come back if we go back to Istanbul.

O hotel é otimo! O atendimento dos funcionários, o quarto... nao tenho reclamação em nenhum ponto. Todos foram muito solícitos, o hotel é limpo e muito próximo de tudo. Fomos andando em todos os lugares, mas ficamos hospedadas na parte baixa. Pelo que vi nos comentários tem outra repartição que fica mais afastada e anda mais. O quarto é espaçoso, era limpo todo o dia, e o café farto. Se voltarmos para Istambul, com certeza seria minha escolha de novo.

Ich war eine Woche in Istanbul. Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen und kann es empfehlen für eine Städtereise. Personal sehr nett. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Kaffe gibt es im Hotel kostenlos. Moscheen, Zentrum, Hafen, Basar, Shopping fußläufig erreichbar. U-Bahn, Metro sind in der Nähe und beide mit einem Ticket nutzbar. Trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum ist es ruhig im Hotel. Lovely stay

Lovely staff, very clean place, facilities are great. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, with it being a very up hill down hill place they offer to take you up the hill each morning so you are closer to the main area which is lovely. Breakfast was great, massive variety of food and very tasty!

Hi, peoperty location ia good but if you coming with car you have to show police your hotel bookimg then they will open road block. Very close to tourist area but long walk to Blue mosque.
