Buena ubicacion

Está muy bien ubicado muy cerca del palacio Topkapi. El metro pasa muy cerca y también está cerca de una terminal de barcos que van al lado asiático de Estambul. Lo recomiendo por su buena relación precio calidad

Die Lage ist das Beste am Hotel. Man befindet sich zwischen den beiden Stationen der Straßenbahnlinie T1. Gülhane Park ist in der Nähe so wie topkapi und Hagia Sophia. Das Personal ist freundlich, nur leider kann man auf Englisch nicht optimal kommunizieren. Arabisch, Türkisch und Französisch werden hier gesprochen. Was mich zum nächsten Punkt und Problematik bringt: die Mehrheit der Gäste kommen aus dem arabischen Raum. Kinder verwenden nach Lust und Laune den Lift, die Wände in den Zimmern sind so dünn, dass man nachts von Gesprächen aus den Nachbarszimmern geweckt wird. Ruhe findet man hier nicht. Was ich sehr schade finde. In der Früh hat man dagegen ein tolles Frühstücksbüffet, welches regelmäßig aufgefüllt wird. Am Abend hat man live Musik. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt. Bis man dann nicht hoch in sein Zimmer fährt. Die Zimmer werden jeden Morgen vom Reinigungspersonal besucht, die Handtücher austauschen und die Betten machen. Sonst sieht man am Mobiliar, dass die Blütezeit schon einige Jahre her ist: abgenutzte Sanitäranlagen und Griffe; Lichtanlagen, die nicht korrekt funktionieren und Tapeten, die sich an den Außenwänden beginnen abzulösen. Sehr schade, denn durch die Lage und Atmosphäre bei Nacht hätte das Hotel gutes Potenzial.

Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend insbesondere Herr Ibrahim von der Rezeption. Das Frühstück ist angemessen gut. Einziges Manko sind die Duschen die ziemlich klein sind.

Отель старый, номер небольшой. На протяжении всего времени душ протекал. В номере или очень холодно из за работы кондиционера или очень душно если им не пользоваться. Завтрак однообразный но голодным не останешься.Персонал отзывчивый, в меру своих сил старается помочь если возникают вопросы. Отель очень удачно расположен. Именно Расположение отеля супер. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Рядом станции метро и трамвая. Учитывайте что район туристический и цены на еду выше на 30 - 40 % остального Стамбула. Отель для поездки вдвоём. Но категорически не советую для поездок с семьей. Выбирай более отдалённые отели с более развитой инфраструктурой. Там и меньше шума и больше комфорта.

Наслаждение отдыхом и спа.

Это был приятный опыт в моей поездке. Прекрасный персонал, вкуснейший завтрак, замечательная массажистка и вообще обслуживание в спа. Номера приятных размеров, кровати очень удобные. Приятный бонус в ресторане- для постояльцев здесь всё значительно дешевле! Очень была удивлена, что персонал отеля не берет чаевые за помощь. Отель находится в шаговой доступности к трамвайной остановке, можно добраться в любое место! Рядом парк и много магазинчиков, Голубая мечеть и Айя- София. Безопасный район. Я очень рекомендую это место!
